Program Manager's Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase offers the average user an advanced dataset experience with their user-friendly dashboards and access to experienced Quickbase developers that help guide your vision to become a reality. With a few courses, the average user can become an intermediate-advanced level app developer- offering you the ability to the the team visionary of your program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling through large data tables can sometimes experience formatting issues, resulting in the need to refresh the page or hide columns in order to see/edit the fields in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase offers a one-stop shop to view data from multiple sources within our network

What do you like best about the product?
Within my app, Quickbase is easy to navigate and presents data is a clear manner
What do you dislike about the product?
Locating my app from the log-in page sometimes presents a challenge. I get marooned at the start page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is bringing data from multiple sources together in our app for easy summaries and dissemination
Many projects, one place- Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple projects that are completely different, but we are able to create what we need for each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited amount of users . Easy to start, but sometimes what you want the program to do for a project gets complicated, and it is not alway easy to figure out how to get it to do what you want it to do. But once you get over that hurdle, it gets easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create projects within Quickbase without having to purchase different software. Instead of using excel spreadsheets, the information can be easily accessed and updated in Quickbase (less human error) more automation.
Good Database experience environment

They listen. Products are constantly evolving. Lots of help ww.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business Tiers approach to licenses. The best features of Quickbase are excluded from the Teams level, which is where a smaller company starts out to grow, but QB won't help this growth by limiting access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets our medium sized construction company away from its beloved paper for everything and out using a mobile approach. Goodbye spreadsheets, I hope to do away with the many to many relationships of each person having their own way of keeping track of business.

Quickbase has a great UI and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it moves slowly and logs you out after a period of no use.

For the most part, it is quick and easy. If you key in the information, it does all the rest for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't much about Quickbase that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of the business finances and spending for the week and monthly audits.

Quickbase is the right tool to keep information together and easily accessible to users.

Quickbase has been limited to information storage in my experience and could be better if able to be integrated directly into charting software.

Storing sensitive and protected information securely.
Flexible CRM solution for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easy to use and simple to set up without the need for specialist services if you are a little bit tech savy. Pipelines allow you to do low code integrations with many outside resouces.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small buisnesses the base license requirement is skewed to the high side (20 seats minimum)
Would like to see more connection options for pipelines in teh Teams package. Lots of small buisnesses use sql and mysql database but the connection is not an option on the Teams package

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to hold and monitor multiple data points on clients with some data coming from outside sources. Quickbase is a great central hub that integrates with all our platforms.
Great Suite with lots of great features!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for building and updating applications is fantastic and there are more and more sources and links that can be used in the system every day. The way the system integrates with our existing data makes it a key application suite that we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a few more features to allow users to help them selves before having to get higher level assistance but that is also getting better daily.

Quickbase allows our system data to be combined in one place.
