Quickbase is a tried and true for our company.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the reports are. I can build what I need from the ground up. Its great to also be able to change a report and sample the findings before saving the changes to it. Everyone in the office can have their own log in and access it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our older reports dont always pull all of the information. It seems some reports have a shelf life on them, then we have to go in and recreate them with the exact same guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track different employees work while they are out in the field.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and ease of navigating. There are a ton of options to create your own reports and gather the data you need from creating simple forms. It is accessible on multiple platforms i.e. desktop, ipad and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve and if you want to get detailed forms that are very dynamic it takes a bit of coding practice in the background. Not a bad thing, just something to note if you are a beginner trying to create an app in Quickbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a visual for us to see all of the projects we are tackling in our department. It is more in depth than a simple excel spreadsheet is and allows you to capture a ton of information. The views can be customized for the ICs and for Senior Leaders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to download the data and the way that it is organized. I also appreciate the flexibility to add different categories for each participant. It has adjusted to all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant changes in interface have somewhat interfered with our workflow, especially when we have many people from the organization that use QuickBase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us compile all the participant data in one place, and it lets multiple users make edits to it.

What do you like best about the product?
the low code functionality is the best part of qb

it's simple to make a functional tool, but difficult to streamline the data entry piece. qb is missing several automation features to make it useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we house thousands of data profiles which would be difficult to house in excel

I like how QuickBase is very customizable. We have molded the apps to use for each of our different services.

Using pipelines is a bit confusing and difficult to use.

QuickBase is helping us keep a lot of our services in one place.
Reporting is easy to understand but navigating to find the correct report is tedious

The final generated report in tabular format is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is painful to populate the backend data especially when lot of rows needed to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think quickbase is just another tool that is translating backend information into visual format, but this can be done in simple excel also atleast for the usage in my organisation. The generated report is not self explanatory and one has to spend quite some time to navigate through different buttons.
The only benefit I see is the visual format where everyone can see information if people find the right report.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever QB purchases new tech, they ham fistedly push it onto customers before the integration makes sense. This happened with pipelines and fast field.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has made data sharing between departments incredibly easy. It has also allowed for development without waiting for the long IT delivery times.

What do you like best about the product?
It is functional and highly versatile with many tools to different purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to how you can enter data in particularly in table format across multiple related tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing yet. But we want it to integrate our file sharing system with our project and operations.

Our Company uses Quickbase for a number of applications. We use it for tracking some employee information, which is useful to HR and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. The product has been easy to use.
