Good product for in-house CRM applications

Easy to use, support most necessary features

Becoming a little bit tricky and complicated when advance programing is applied

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many tools and resources to get onboarded. More than online modules, Quickbase offers a builder tool to learn and explore features before committing to designs in a live application. I also find a lot of support in the community forumns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the report features are not up to date as I would like. For example, not being able use grouping on the x axis of a bar chart.

Internal and external governance, understanding product usage from our customer base

What do you like best about the product?
I've beern using QB for a little bit now, and its been really easy to get projects off the ground and keep them orginized. It's easy for folks who are not exactly tech wizards. It lets you customize the DB and automoate the workflows is pretty slick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes and flows are a bit different than I'm use to with Microsoft, so you think about them a little different. Once you get the hang of it, its not hard at all.

Simple customized ticketing system for a large project.

What do you like best about the product?
The huge benefit of Quickbase is that the user interface is already provided for you, because the truism of software design is "80% of the work is building a user interface."
What do you dislike about the product?
The flip side of fast and easy app development is that it is also fast and easy to create a messy and poorly designed app!

We created a detailed and feature-rich solution for planning visual merchandising layouts. It reduced effort hours by more than 70% and integrated smoothly with third party systems and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a great LCNC platform using which we can create applications rapidly for business. This is best suited for business automation, workflows and simple to complex reporting with an ease.
Things we mostly like in Quickbase are easy to use UI and features. Robust platform and a time tested solution, also it is very secure. In my experience security is the highest priority for Quickbase and no other platform that I have seen does focus more on security controls. This makes Quickbase a enterprise ready LCNC platform and stands out of it competitors.
Another mention about Quickbase is its support model and product upgrades. In recent years it has got many upgrades and always try to upgrade as per market trends and rapid technology development.
Integration with any third-party systems is easy and automation can be created easily.

Not suitable for huge data storage and analytical functions. Howe, It can integrate with many systems to achieve this.

Pricing model flexibility- I believe there are many opportunities for companies to adopt the platform but need to start at a lower level of # of users or amount of resources- essesntially a 'lite' mode to be able to experience the power of the platform on a trial (but still paid) basis

What do you like best about the product?
I am primarily a user of Quickbase, but we have been able to use in to streamline many of our processes. Once users are created, it is easy for me to have mulitple people use Quickbase for processing and reviewing scholarships and applications. It has significantly cut down on the amount of work going into prep, as well as the review process itself. I like the ability to creat and pull different reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have some skills for the programming side of Quickbase. If I did not have someone else assist with that part, I may have a different opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has allowed multiple users to access information entered into applications or forms. It makes adding and switching out users much easier and the accessibility has been a positive.
Getting better every day, new Form views are a huge leap
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of reporting and functionality is great, and now that they've updated the look and feel to allow for more modern form flows, it's just as good as any other CRM out there. It can integrate with just about any tool out there via Zapier or webhooks so there's no shortage of possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to lag when too many people are calling requests at once. There are also some options when filtering reports that would be nice to have.

Having all of our customers and products in one place is very nice. It makes data analysis a breeze.
