Easy to use Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase application is helpful to create application quickly with low code or no code where we can quickly create the application by drag and drop fields. We can also integrate this platform with third party accounting software or any third party application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i personally feel that dashboard quickbase is providing is not as professional as other products like Microsoft Power BI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Quickbase we have replaced spread sheet which helps our client to track the information on a real time basis. As it is providing real time information to client in reasult we are making client work easy which helps our client to work more in Quickbase.
Deep but manageable service for creating custom applications
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase's offerings can be utilized to create applications from simple to exceptionally complex. The "no code" design allows for users inexperienced in application development to create impressive results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the expansive tutorials and learning materials provided, it can be very difficult for some users to work with the platform. While programming experience is not required, building applications may be extremely challenging for those who are not familiar with programming principles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase can be used to create custom applications to fulfill needs that may not be feasible (or available) to purchase a contract or license for individually.
Quickbase Review from New User Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is pretty. The team provides lots of training and support to help users get unstuck and understand the intracacies of the platform. I was able to learn and stand up a very basic app independently withing my first 2 weeks of using the app. I am in QB every day I'm at work and can typically stand up a new upgrade or solution within a few minutes when it's straight forward. Our account manager is easy to contact and very willing to help expand our instance with features and integrations to our proprietary systems. I love that it can be so pretty that people don't realize when they're filling out a form that it's actually creatign a record in this huge web of related data and it's easy to make sure an end user doesn't have the permissions to get in and see or edit anything they shouldn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I run into funky permissions/ default setting that will cause an automation to fail and it becomes a bit of a hunt to figure out what is causing the error, especially as a new user (4 months). Most of my users do not fully understand that it is a very pretty relational database with tons of added functionality so I find myself auditing and correcting thier sloppy data entry because they aren't considering the impact those mistakes have on the data as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is helping my team take in information about potential partners, track the recruitment process, and acts as a container for all the required documentation both for specific partners as well as for the entire recruitment process. It helps streamline the work and keep everything in one spot so we look to it as our source of truth.
QB AI looks amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and versatility of QuickBase! I am new to QB and am enjoying learning the ins and outs and what it can do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a an option to revert or view previous versions of pages/tables/requests in quickbase.

It is consoladating information.
QuickBase Saves So Much Time
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time QuickBase saves me and forces our SOPs across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zapier integration is super limited!

Reducing our gray work and helping have instant live reporting.

Not enough user interface when creating reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets or payroll info in to our accounting software elimating the time to enter from a paper timesheet. Gets production quantities in on a daily basis for upper management to review
Responsive and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Every time I use QB to create an app I discover more of their low-code, no-code capabilites. It is very begineer friendly, and I think everyone can learn to love it. Don't let this fool you, though, it also has advanced capabilites that help with app integration and custom web creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the customer service team is very supportive, at times, and is there to help you through the transition process, QuickBase will release an updated product onto its platform that is not fully ready to be online. Also, it will discontinue functionalities that are built into apps, forcing the re-structuring of several published applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It constantly reviews and debugs new and old functionalities, attempting to be the best product it can be. The new forms are going to be great.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase simplifies app development, making it efficient to create and manage applications. The versatility and customization options align well with the fluid nature of my role as an applicationd admin and allow me to share low-code no code options with yhe folks I create solutions for! It was challenging at first but, I'm always excited to learn new things!

Quickbase was challenging at first due to the interface, it can be visually overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to come up with custome solutions for multiple users with one application.

Lives up to it low code promise, almost.
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience building applications for web and desktops used by a mid-size company in some common languages as well as years of experience writing Quickbase applications. Quickbase does allow you to get very close to the functionality of coded applications in a fraction of the development time. It shines when your users want a new feature. Adding features to a desktop application of any complexity generally takes a while to do right, adding a feature to a quick base application takes a fraction of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web-only interface, A native application with offline data capabilities would help increase the speed of the Workflow. The mobile app is not great. Data changes take multiple clicks and web refreshes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, orders for both sales and purchasing, shipping, inventory, and customer-facing forms. Quickbase does all those things well for us. One of the best benefits of moving to Quickbase was getting all of our data in the same place, and reusing the same data across multiple areas. For instance, you put the part of an inventory item in once, and any form across any part of the organization that uses Quickbase can use that data instead of entering it again and potentially getting it wrong.
