What is our primary use case?
I have been using Canva Enterprise for the past one and a half years.
My main use case for Canva Enterprise is for website development, front-end, and website designing, front-end UI designing, and application designing. I also use it for marketing designing.
A recent project where I used Canva Enterprise involved updating our new websites with new UI design, new product portfolios, cost management applications, and our infrastructure application in Java. We used Canva Enterprise for designing the complete Java-based web application to integrate the new features.
I use Canva Enterprise design to update our websites, including the main web website. We updated all the portfolios using Canva Enterprise design because it has some unique designs that we cannot do manually, such as integrating mirror images and new elements.
What is most valuable?
The best features Canva Enterprise offers include codeless design, a lot of new templates, easy to integrate templates, and a lot of marketing designing templates and web formation templates.
Out of those features, I find myself using codeless design the most, which allows me to design without using coding, and existing templates that are easy to edit within seconds. That is the best one.
Canva Enterprise has positively impacted my organization as our Canva Enterprise account has multiple sharing capabilities. It is very easy to share between the multiple teams and users to design at the same time and share the easy to generate codes for the dev team, so they can easily integrate with a web application and Canva Enterprise marketing team.
What needs improvement?
I wish I had known earlier that Canva Enterprise already had built-in templates, which I was not using. I was using manual formation instead. Canva AI is something I was not initially sure about. I recently purchased the Canva AI license. When I speak to the AI agent in Canva Enterprise, it will design according to my requirement. It is pretty friendly and easy to integrate with other agents such as I integrated with my chatbots, including OpenAI and Google.
I wish there were multiple options to modify the templates. I would love to have templates which I can modify according to my requirement with Canva AI. Canva AI is doing pretty well with creating new modules, so if I upload any images or anything, they will create the same template. However, if they can improve on the code base side, they can start generating different codes accordingly.

I find Canva Enterprise's scalability good as I can easily scale to my requirements.

Implementing Canva Enterprise in my organization is quite easy. It is a straightforward process.

The user adoption process for Canva Enterprise within my teams is influenced by the good user manual. The team helped us a lot in the initial stage to do the setup. It was pretty good.

I have seen a return on investment.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Canva Enterprise is positive as we got a really good deal. We were able to negotiate with Canva Enterprise team, and they gave us the top of the complete contract.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Canva Enterprise, we evaluated other options, including Figma, and we have the license for Figma also.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Canva Enterprise is that it is pretty good with designing. It can easily automate all marketing campaigns and email campaigns. I have rated this review an 8 out of 10.

Canva Enterprise has been used for a year now. The marketing team primarily uses
Canva Enterprise for marketing use cases. A specific example of how the marketing team uses Canva Enterprise is when creating specific posters for specific customer prospects.
What is most valuable?
Canva Enterprise's best features include the ability to generate AI images, which provides the flexibility to generate very specific images. The AI image generation helps the team significantly because it is usually very difficult to find specific animated GIFs or images for marketing campaigns, but with AI, specific images can be prompted and then used in posters for customer prospect sales.
Canva Enterprise has positively impacted the organization by enabling the team to push out posters at a much higher frequency and larger volume, which has made the marketing team's workflow very smooth. When a sales campaign needs to be created for a certain customer, it would previously take at least two weeks, but now with Canva Enterprise's features, it can be completed within just one week.
What needs improvement?
The user management part of Canva Enterprise could have a better UI.

Canva Enterprise's scalability is very good. The team is small and has not had to worry about scalability so far.

A return on investment has been seen because customer campaign posters can be pushed out much quicker, which is definitely a significant ROI.
