Excellent CSPM/CNAPP with great support team
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that PingSafe does well:
- Quickest CSPM/CWPP/CNAPP installation
- Very supportive team
- Zero false-positives
- Cloud security on automation
- Guided help in terms of configuring the system

What do you dislike about the product?
Have never faced any difficulties with PingSafe. In case of edge case, their support team is always on their toes. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PingSafe is helping us in uncovering the business critical security threats to the entire cloud infrastructure. We rely on PingSafe’s platform for identifying security vulnerabilities and detecting anomalies completely.

Third party integrations, vulnerability management, secret scanning, IaC scanning is what our engineering teams use daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
We got PingSafe for CSPM but use their CNAPP & CWPP capabilities. I think UI can be better but nothing beats their product overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentless vulnerability management for cloud workloads is the biggest problem PingSafe is solving for us. The agentless approach helped us reduce the cost of maintaining cloud security.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe is a great CSPM tool for identifying and prioritizing vulnerabilities in our cloud. PingSafe's Vulnerability Management also help prevent threats from emerging by collecting and analyzing intelligence from credible sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the platform, I have not found anything that I dislike. The support team has accommodated and taken care of everything we need. Highly recommend PingSafe's team.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe allows us to assess our cloud accounts' security posture in a single dashboard. We use PingSafe to monitor and scan Vms, servers, containers, and object storage on Aws, Gcp for security misconfigurations, credential leaks, and vulnerabilities.There have never been false alerts & each minute spent on PingSafe's dashboard is worth it. I strongly recommend using PingSafe for cloud security.

There are absolutely zero issues with PingSafe, and the team is constantly improving the platform. In addition, PingSafe's team is always open to user feedback and prioritizes demanded features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PingSafe, we're monitoring our cloud workloads for security, vulnerabilities and any voids left by our team. PingSafe's tool helps us prioritize the security issues that need immediate attention.
A full blown replacement for the cloud sec team
What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe's product is super comprehensive and evolved. With PingSafe we have never felt the need to hire an in house cloud sec team. And have been able to detect every threat proactively. Will totally recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't call it a downside, but perhaps an opportunity for improvement that the alerts can be made bit more hard to miss. Right now we only get slack alerts, but a phone call might help more

None. The PingSafe platform's interface is simple, intuitive and very powerful. Very satisfied with the product and the support.

Apart from performing regular cloud security checks, PingSafe helps with auto-remediation of vulnerabilities. It’s dashboard provides a valuable insight into the latest threats.

The Agentless approach is one of the reasons why I highly recommend PingSafe. One of the most significant advantages of this platform is that it eliminates the need for us to check for new vulnerabilities manually.

We’ve been using PingSafe for >2 years & there’s absolutely nothing to dislike. The team at PingSafe has worked on improving the platform to make it easier to navigate & the product is very self-served.

With the help of the PingSafe platform, finding cloud misconfigurations has never been this easy. Contextual & quick alerting is a very strong feature.
The support team is equally proactive, they listen to our queries and are able to provide us with the necessary help to keep our products secure.
