Best security platform for CSPM & CNAPP
What do you like best about the product?
The complexity of the Cloud architecture made it difficult for us to maintain a healthy Security Posture. With the help of PingSafe's cloud misconfigurations management, we have been able to keep our eyes on potential attacks, and we were also able to remediate misconfigurations immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing to dislike. The entire team is very accommodating and has a good understanding of their customers' needs. I would like to see more integrations in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using PingSafe, we were able to gain visibility into our cloud infrastructure and identify potential threats that could lead to an exploit. PingSafe’s a perfect solution IaC scanning, misconfigurations check and vulnerability management. Highly recommended!
Amazing insights to your cloud environment and its security
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons I use PingSafe is the ability to provide us with deep visibility into our cloud environment. PingSafe can display all your cloud environment’s components in one console and give details on how they affect cloud security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to add to this side, but I have been using PingSafe for some time now, and it is one of the best vulnerability scanners I have come across. Its support team is outstanding, and they quickly respond to any issue that you might have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The end-to-end security solution for cloud workloads from PingSafe is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of our assets. Its compliance module is also a great addition.
Cloud security at it’s best
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super easy to set up (agentless setup) and does not require training. We can discover vulnerabilities across our entire cloud infrastructure without installing any agents.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zero dislikes so far. It’d be great to improve on reporting and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PingSafe's ability to visualize and analyse the details of all our cloud accounts, we can now get a deeper understanding of the issues. This is different from what other solutions do. It’s a perfect suite for CSPM, CWPP & CNAPP. All combined together.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe's continuous monitoring and scanning have been able to keep our multi-cloud environment secure. It has enabled us to monitor any threats and misconfigurations in the cloud thereby helping us maintain a healthy Cloud Security Posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of a downside. The most important thing is that they listen to us and build features. Very happy with PingSafe's platform & team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major problems it solves is that it immediately identifies and prioritizes the security gaps in our cloud infrastructure. That’s keeping us secure from hackers. It also helps in detecting vulnerabilities without any additional agents & false positives.
PingSafe’s ensuring rock-solid security
What do you like best about the product?
The PingSafe platform was very easy to set up, and it was immediately able to scan our public cloud account. It's also very easy to learn, and it doesn't require a lot of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the platform, but if I had to pick one thing that I would say is a bit cumbersome, it would be the overload of information. As we use it more, I think that this will eventually become less of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using PingSafe 2 years, we could prioritize the security issues that affect our cloud configuration and business operations. PingSafe's dashboard allows us to identify and address the most critical vulnerabilities and threats.
PingSafe’s very intuitive and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the major benefits of PingSafe is their agentless approach. Apart from this a major aspect is that it also helps do away with checking vulnerabilities manually. PingSafe already evaluates everything that has been created and hence does not require us to manually check for security attacks daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything I dislike about the PingSafe platform so far. It's very stable, convenient and very informative for overall cloud security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PingSafe stands out more than the rest as it scans your multi-cloud infrastructure for potential threats, such as unauthorized access to your private and public cloud secrets and more importantly it monitors the events happening outside of your cloud, which can expose your infrastructure to potential risks.
Very powerful Cloud Security platform
What do you like best about the product?
Security alerts from the PingSafe platform are in real-time, and the infrastructure scanning is just on point. No false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no issues so far. Due to PingSafe’s agentless scanning, contextual security alerts, perfect CSPM, and shift-left security - PingSafe integrates seamlessly with our existing tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from performing regular cloud security checks, the platform also helps with the auto remediation of vulnerabilities. PingSafe’s dashboards provide valuable insight into the latest threats. PingSafe’s hacker graph identifies the exploitability of each threat in our cloud.

PingSafe is a very powerful platform that scans for all components of our cloud infrastructure: VMs, containers, container images, all kinds of data stores, managed services, serverless instances and more!

There is very little to dislike. Based on our experience, the PingSafe platform is constantly evolving to meet the needs of security teams.

We like everything about PingSafe & use 3 of their powerful modules - cloud misconfigurations, secret scanning & Offensive security engine.
Best tool for AWS Security
What do you like best about the product?
We used AWS config and Inspector before PingSafe; PingSafe is a much better product with awesome UI/UX and highly detailed in-depth findings. It also helped us reduce our config cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
On-premise support is lacking in PingSafe.
