Good system, great CS assistance, good price - some imperfections.
What do you like best about the product?
CS assistance is very very helpful and responses are fast. The system itself works without problems, and the quantity of rules you can set is almost unlimited.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system speed could be improved - a lot of times the reports reload for almost no reason. A better optimization would help. The system also does not allow you to pick up too many stats as I would like, making report dashboards somehow lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us discover fraudulent registrations and payment systems. It also help us discover fake users in countries such as Tanzania where we do not collect many info. Seon is able to provide us good info in these countries thanks to the manual mobile number check.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON Helps target any suspicious behaviors like IP Address changes, non-deliverable emails, and suspicious domains. I particularly like that we can change the rules as we go. Their Customer service is PHENOMENAL!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the typology as I am not a tech person and have to keep following up on rules etc. I would have liked for it to be more layman's terms so that I am not overwhelmed with information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to catch some clients with incorrect email IDs and thus contact them to change said email ODs, thus helping our customer service and increasing our customer base

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support and communication. Unlike other competitors, it is very easy to set-up rules and alerts. Also the interface is very intuitive for our analysts. We have not used the Machine Learning yet, but it sounds promising. Device Fingerprint works great. Easily customisable with API + custom fields. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using it for some time, there is nothing we dislike so far.

Early detection, customisation, analysts' productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and to use. Very in-depth analysis of financial and location activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration and intercommunication with our platform could improve to minimize loss of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to analyze business inticators in one platform, and catch out fraudulent online financial activities like use of VPN and suspicious links between customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and completely customisable. All data points are easily accessible at all times. And the best of all - SEON's CS team. I've never worked with a company that's so eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can say here. Few minor tweaks on the tool itself, but whatever I've requested has already been in the works, so I know for a fact that whatever minor things I might want changed, it will most likely be done pretty soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consumer fraud analyst, SEON has been my main tool for my day-to-day work. Not only for detecting fraud but also for implementing rules to prevent fraud, as well as getting infights and analytics I need to present to stakeholders.
The best fraud tool that I have used so far
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is super easy to use and provides valuable data. It saves us so much time with fraud investigations. Another great thing to mention is their constant improvement and development of new features. But the best part of it is their fantastic support team; they are super efficient and accommodating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using SEON for over a year with three companies, and I haven't had a bad experience. You might find an occasional little bug, but that is understandable and acceptable with their constant improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us mitigate the risk and fraud. The best benefit is saving us much time with internal investigations, i.e. multiple accounting, account sharing or any other abuse. With just a few clicks, you can see all customer's connections and their links to social media profiles which is super helpful when crosschecking customers' identities.
Good customer service and user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the options that we have to find related accounts. Also, I like the manual search and the ability to create your own rules and modify them when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't something I particularly dislike about SEON. I prefer more time-saving shortcuts, but this also depends on our development team. I would like to have a direct link from SEON to our back office, in order to open an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one is duplicate accounts. We also catch VPN usage. It benefits us because we can stop multiple account abuse and bonus abuse. It has not increased its performance yet because we have only used it for two months.

I will be honest there is nothing specific that stands out and would be disliked by me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly, i would say cutting out fraud rings which approach is annoying and also brings minuses to revenue.

This tool has allowed us to make more accurate reviews of our customers' data, helps us to provide greater security in our transactions, and to perform data matching that we were unable to do before.

I would like to achieve a more accurate like, social networks of the data to be reviewed.

It allows us to validate the identity of data we were not sure of.
Great anti-fraud service
What do you like best about the product?
Seon helps us to find customers who are trying to deceive us. It is possible to flexibly configure personalized rules. Friendly interface and good reporting functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would also like to be able to track the use of virtual machines and services for device replacement.
