What do you like best about the product?
On how detailed it outlines the user's social profile. Along with other flags such as device, cookie and browser hash. As these are the features I use the most during my review process. Plus you can set your rules
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't think of any dislikes. It's been close to month of using it. I'm sure I will have more feedback to share in the coming months of using SEON.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are at the early stage of setting up the rules in SEON. However, when we flags the account on our end and then go to check the users profile in SEON I have notied that it does flag it as well. So the rules we set as working as expected

Innovative solution to fight fraud.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has helped us in the onboarding process, creating a customer experience with fewer friction thanks to the anti-fraud detection process. In addition, the response received from SEON is fast and allows the client to avoid waiting times to obtain their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we don't have anything to dislike

It has allowed us to stop attempts to create products due to identity theft

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is such a great tool to use. In the customer service industry, fraudsters are so so creative and move faster than sometimes our agents can catch. SEON helps so much with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. SEON is working very well and thoroughly for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us be thorough and having a support system that allows our agents to get other things done.
Honestly, the best tool preventing fraud !
What do you like best about the product?
Let's begin with the information you can get once an FTD or even registration is created. Multiple connections could appear, which helps to identify the fraudulent activity at the very beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it very complicated initially, probably because of the plenty of information, hashes, connections etc. Maybe some more tutorials on how to use it and what the different hashes and links are showing you as information could be handy for people using the tool for the first time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of it is you can identify fraudulent activity at the very beginning. Also, it is straightforward to be monitored if it is growing and how to prevent it.

Great tool to use to identify fraudulent patterns and behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool overall but some development is needed on identifying VPNs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps identifying fraudulent accounts at the signup stage.
It's a robust and well rounded tool
What do you like best about the product?
That I can customize how I see the information I need on the overview page, it's a great timesaver. I also love the quick pop-up window option; it's very convenient for reviewing account information quickly and easily, especially when you already have multiple tabs open.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more visibility into the associated registered profiles on the email search feature. It would be cool to see the age of the associated registered profiles so we can ascertain if someone recently created several new profiles in order to falsely inflate an established web presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier and faster to determine if the customer is who they say they are and gives me a small window into their online presence. This helps us clear more accounts that actually have good information while stopping accounts that may need further verification. It's beneficial to our customers and to us.
Great platform, solid performance
What do you like best about the product?
Seon helps us reduce fraud for our online sportsbook company. They comply with all compliance requirements we have set out for them and are very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, it does what they say it will do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us Identify fraud in our platform and integrates with our application. Seon also provided a dev environment for us to test and work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that there is always something working in the back ground to keep an eye on Fraudulent registrations and detailed information on a clear and easy to read platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon detects non-genuine registrations which has saved us thousands in bonus abuse. It helps to detect multi-accounts making it super helpful to ensure player's are easy to manage.

Close business relationship, guidance and advise. SEON commit to sharing as much knowledge as they can to their clients in a professional manner.

I can't say I've got a complaint just yet. 😝
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iGaming's biggest gap in the market: fraud consultancy. Merchants are scared to admit their vulnerabilities because it has a slew of high-impact repercussions. By conducting their operations the way they do, they mutually benefit between their own network and their client's networks because finally fraud is being given a spotlight and a platform to communicate its cause and effect, and how to mitigate the risk to each business by combatting it.
