SEON - The most helpful tool to fight online fraud

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is very easy and convenient to use. You can find a lot of information about your user, like IP and device information, social media presence, and more. It allows you to easily establish connections and relations between groups of users, allowing you to spot fraudulent activity en masse, and the easy to set-up rules allow you to use common denominators to prevent future occurrences of fraud. It is also very easy to export a list of users based on different parameters, and check if the user is on a sanctions/crime list.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if SEON could give direct links to the social media accounts found that belong to the user, instead of having you manually try to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows easily to prevent transactions from users that are using parameters deemed as fraudulent.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly environment. Very straightforward and easy to use. I also like how our success manager continues to be communicative with out team whether for something small or big and how patient he is with our knowledge development especially with regards to the rules and machine learning rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to think of anything relevant to mention which I dislike about SEON
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps us monitor customers who may belong to fraud rings and try to open multiple accounts on our platform to abuse our services.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is we can view multiple phone numbers and emails at the same time, and compare them in a single tab and it is easy for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes it does exactly what I need it for, and it has good integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us determine the owner of phone number and email if the details are available, this also makes us understand the actiivty of the email and how recent it was used, which helps us in determining the legetimacy of the contact.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a good solutions to detect fraund , has the tecnology to detect anonymus users a prevent to pass that.
What do you dislike about the product?
in some cases dont notify when some rule dont work correct.

detect users with social network linked in phone and email, detect possible hacking devices

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is very user friendly and easy to implement on a day to day usage. I work as a fraud analyst and I never miss using this tool in my detective work. Customer support is easy to reach and actions are taken fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far all my experiences have been overly positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us differentiate fraudulent charges on our airline between genuine ones. Also helps us in sending defenses for incorrect chargebacks.
