Quite practical. Data showed in depth
What do you like best about the product?
The detailed information about the transactions offers information about the phone or the email, for example, if the phone could be fake or if it is linked to social networks and the same with the email. I consider very useful how it differentiates the registered address from the IP geolocation or even how it provides you all the info about the device used and its features. In summary, I like it because it offers handy information in depth
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I think it shows all the info I need to analyze a transaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to check suspicious players who recently registered in our casino, I analyze new players and pending withdrawals they could have.
It shows me information I would not identify without SEON, such as a player links to another player via IP, if the player is using a VPN, geolocation doesn't match with registered address....

Great product and team.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things that I like best to be honest. First, the portal is well designed, fast, and intuitive. Second, the team is pretty amazing. I've learned more about fraud in the three months of using SEON than I have in three years.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike and have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud is expensive, so reducing fraud is essential due to its cost and impact on profitability.

The SEON team is very helpful, but you will also need to analyze their data with your data to gain insights.

There is nothing. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

Seon has helped us reduce multi-accounting, bonus abuse, affiliate fraud, self-exclusion fraud and much more. The amount of time saved not having to go through manual checks on accounts and the amount of information it provides so you get a complete overview.

If you want a fraud prevention and Fraud detection tool which is easy to use, fantastic support and is great value for money, then look no further.

No complaints so far, to improve better experience maybe some tooltip on the dashboard works a long way.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an extremely powerful toolset. It sort of scales with your experience with it. Anyone can log in here and see a ton of information useful in protecting yourself from fraudsters, but as well, useful in seeing what's happening in your business and with your customers. Extremely informative. Over time, the level of protection and control just increases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take me a little time to get used to some of the logic - it's not perfectly intuitive (although it certainly makes sense once you work it out). Takes a little practice to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of different things we need to be aware of in our industry, and SEON helps us see most of them very easily. It's perfect for spotting people logging in on multiple accounts, and the information provided there helps us track down a lot of others that we need to be aware of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth investigating. Spend some time checking out the documentation and certainly talk to the team if you can. If you're trying to protect yourself from fraud, this is what you need.
