Fast support, stable service, regular product improvements
What do you like best about the product?
As for an anti-fraud operation manager, I suppose the best side of Seon is a cool support team: fast, smart, and pushing.
Of course, the product is good - stable, tenable, clear. It really helps to prevent fraudulent purchases. But support guys work brilliantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some technical issues regarding data export and rules effectiveness analysis. The product is young and on the way to improving. Some improvements take time and would be great to reduce it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is reducing of chargeback losses. Plus we have clear and logical transaction data to analyze and improve ads, site and product localisations.

SEON. Fraud Fighters is a good product, it's really working!

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Seon now for a little over 12 months and the time saved is invaluable. The data returned on the player makes it very easy to identify non genuine players and help to tackle bonus abuse and fraud. Each day we are discovering new features on Seon which help help us more. The support team are fantastic and always available to help and the regular updates to the software mean that it is always advances keeping us one step ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to find anything we dislike about Seon! The support we receive is fantastic so if we ever have any queries they're always answered immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon helps us to identify bonus abuse rings, non genuine registrations and fraudulent activity.

What I don't like is a lack of real-time refreshing of transaction list and clear distinction between ones already reviewed and one to be done.

We use the tool to investigate accounts and to establish the risk level. SEON gives us opportunities like running checks against online profiles.

With Seon, we manage to locate quickly possible account takeovers, we can limit with one click a fraudulent account, and we can sort our investigations with different filters, such as IP address, cookie hash etc.

what I think is better about the tool is the speed of integration, costs, and accuracy of the data

I think the only thing would be to set the WhatsApp tool to ensure there are few nulls in the responses

The ability to grade users based on fraud potentional, and to let business side set rulesets for handling the levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Massive explosion in fees when a misconfigured setting during a ddos attack kept triggering email checks. Our misconfigured setting but not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Geofencing as well as verification users were from a fenced area. Potentional spam or automation in the contests we run. Also some.data harvesting.
