useful tool with many functions
What do you like best about the product?
flexible customization, your own rules, the ability to recreate any user

it is hard to say.I personally lack the ability to make test users who will have a strictly defined number of points for certain events

The seon provides complete protection and there is no need to use your own solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
I find very helpful the tracking of the activities and the possibility to blacklist or whitelist each of them
What do you dislike about the product?
When finding more links I can't use the shortcut Ctrl + mouse click to open the customers in a new tab. But instead, I have to use the right-click and manually choose "open link in a new tab"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use SEON to find the customer's connections and I find this feature the most useful for my actual role in the company

I do like that is Fast, reliable, and accurate in Checks. Helps every day by improving the workflow.

Checking the IPs of the customer, Mobile Numbers, Emails, and addresses. It's a real deal with this application.

Best to GO! I do recommend this for everyone trying to fight and find the fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is good at finding the online footprint of an email or a phone number. This way, it is possible to check how authentic is the provided identity, or whether it is just a synthetic identity created by a fraudster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since their API is running real-time social networks check, it is slower and is not good in some scenarios where response speed matters - especially payment scenarios.

We are scaling the way we assess buyers and sellers on b2b transactions. Thanks to SEON we have been able to increase the conversion of purchases and accuracy of our fraud check.
SEON have been extremely helpful in combatting fraud, their system and team are amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness and intelligence of the tool - the fact that the team knows what they are talking about when it comes to online fraud, and they go over and above to assist! As well as this, the fraud team are actively looking for new fraud rings too and making suggestions on how to prevent them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar can lag and stick at times. However, they are aware and are working on improving this in their upcoming releases. Whenever we have any issues with it, they will always assist us by providing us with the information we need in report-form, for example - so 10/10 for responsiveness too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with SEON to fight bonus abuse and chargeback fraud - I've realized the flexibility of their rules and search system gives an infinite amount of possibilities. We are also able to send multiple custom fields which allows one to do multiple types of reporting too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend checking all features they have to offer and setting up a demo with them, bringing forth examples of fraud you find day-to-day and they can show you how their tool and team can help you fight it!

Flexibility and smooth onboarding, setting up the cooperation and integration was a breeze, great team.

Nothing to mention so far. Cooperation was good.

We started using the service for contact skip tracing, and it shows decent results. Looking forward to starting using more features for better risk assessment.

Fight with Fraud
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of the tool and also possibility that it gives. Easy and friendly we can check useful info about potential fraud/customer using only easy attributes as email address

It will be great when you show your results to have a hyperlink to customer's profile in social media as fb, linkedin

It can give a positive rate for the customer if I cannot find anything specific about the customer in open media
