What do you like best about the product?
I like cookie hash and activity section the most
What do you dislike about the product?
it is ok but I work nightshift quite often and at night it is becoming slow at 3-4 AM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve usually problems related to using accounts by 3rd party users and using the most cookie hash checks and activity related to IP and locations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
device hash option is not very detailed, and it does not show a particular device but all devices, which for example, are called iPhone

The fact that sometimes a chatting platform or social medial might stop working. However, this is something that does not depend on SEON and their team is always doing their best to handle such rare occasions to the best possible way

Exactly, fighting the non-sophisticated fraudsters in online lending. The benefit is straight decrease in default rate

Easy availability and integration process. No legal requirements and easy data gathering.

What do you like best about the product?
The SEON Team - top-notch. I've been very impressed with all team members' knowledge and proactiveness regarding our collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, to be honest, but we are yet to test the system on our most prominent brands.

Yes, we are targeting bonus fraud mainly to stop syndicates on markets with real concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of data being scraped, user interface, ease of use and various other features. Additionally, quality customer support as well as timely answers to various queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems fine regarding SEON as I seem to like everything they have and have no complains regarding their provided features. I would like to see more improvements in more data being detected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial fraud on a systematic level, bad users overall. Yes we are benefiting financially using this product as our fraud prevention helps us to filter more fraudulent users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest using that for other customers since it is easy to use and implement and does prevent fraud easily. SEON is email based fraud prevention tool as it puts emphasis on emails and a lot less emphasis on other data points. If your business if focused on ecommerce I think this would be a way to go although if specific data points are the way you evaluate your customers some other solutions might fit you a lot better. As an internet based company we use SEON to strenghten our KYC process so it really is enough for us. As earlier suggested I would prefer to add more data points in which you evalute customers especially on manual page. If there was a possibility to see more data about the customer itself that would be great.

That it helps so much in regards to detecting Fraud and the program itself is quite easy to use.

Nothing really comes to mind, I find SEON a very useful back office.

Personally I use SEON only to blacklist Players as in my department we do not have other uses for it

I recommend using SEON as it is a super user friendly program and has many perks and tools to detect and prevent Fraud.

Broad scope of the services provided, especially email data enrichment. Broad range of rules are great too

Would need greater user interface improvements when analyzing connections with other accounts. Especially taking degrees of separation into account

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like best about SEON, aside from the team (everybody there seems super nice, very well-rounded in pretty much everything Fraud-related, and always eager to help) is their tool's remarkable accuracy - I've been working in the online gambling industry for over 10 years now, and I must admit, when I first heard about a 3rd party platform for risk analysis, mostly automated, I thought 'yeah, right!'. Now, after more than one year of having used SEON daily, I'm at a point where I couldn't picture a day's work without it. The interface is user-friendly, fast, and intuitive, the customized rules work flawlessly, and the machines seem to be learning and evolving constantly. In terms of Fraud Prevention &Fighting, I think SEON is the future!

Nothing really, everything is on point and always working flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SEON on a daily basis to assess the risk level of dozens, sometimes hundreds of newly registered customers, in hopes to minimize fraud for the company I work for. There are a lot of benefits that came with SEON, one of the most important being time efficiency. What would have normally taken days, can now be achieved in just a couple of hours. But I think the most important aspect is the fact that it actually helps users prevent fraud - before, we were mostly identifying and reacting to fraud, now, with the help of SEON, we are able to spot it at very early stages and stop it in its tracks.
