Easy to understand system where setting up rules is quick.
What do you like best about the product?
Super quick and helpful Customer Service. Support is incredible. Real time monitoring means rapid fraud detection. Smooth integration and implementation. Risk Team is using SEON when reviewing accounts to stop bonus abuse, affiliate fraud, reducing chargeback risk, etc. Easy to use system with a lot of features (like custom list's) to prevent fraud during the registration process. SEON is as well helpful when reviewing conversion rates as non-monetary accounts are eliminated quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there are no downsides when using SEON.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With setting up rules you stop fraud already during the registration process. However, even existing accounts are checked while the customer is logging in and you can identify connections between accounts you never checked before. Best example are savings when you stop affiliate fraud as the CPA cost is nowadays quite high. With real time monitoring Risk doesnt rely on internal reports anymore and decisions are made quickly. ATO or ATO attempts can be prevended whith some simple rules you can create or rules which are already set up by SEON.

Outstanding utility to fight fraud!
What do you like best about the product?
Use of Shopify store data and external Data that allows you to see a comprehensive overview of (example) orders, all in one place. The customer support is fast and responsive and puts the user first!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many helpful features! It makes fighting fraud too easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an issue with SEONS cancellation (DECLINE) feature.
SEON assured an update will arrive to fix the issue and offered a step by step tutorial of using shopify flow automations to temporarily fix the problem!

Incredibly easy to use. Rating system allows the flagging of customers, which combats the issues we experience around fraud day to day

Inability to offer a full turnkey solution around player registrations

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is one of the best fraud prevention platforms that I've used in my 6 years of experience in the Fraud/Risk field. It is user-friendly, and there are useful updates and new implementations, for which we're being proactively informed by SEON's customer support and developers. It has helped me a lot in my day-to-day professional life as a Fraud Analyst. We have integrated SEON with our backoffice, which is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading time is a bit more than expected, but it is understandable based on the information that it has in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk detection, automation, and additional external checks.

The ease with witch a custom rule is created and monitoring all existing rules is something I truly appreciate in daily operations; the multitude of data points allowes for an incredibly high number of rules to be created.

Sometimes the default rules built around email address or phone number are not 100% accurate and a refresh is required, which might be time consuming.
