User-friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Through SEON it is easy to get a single player perspective and its very helpful to look into the customer's logins and block them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes SEON can be a bit slow and difficult to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking into VPNs as well as possible online accounts and linked Accounts. Seon has been a big help with this

Strong product, great CX team that provides ongoing assistance to our team
What do you like best about the product?
The product offering is very expansive with many great features that allow us to complete several core functions across our fraud department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of the API updates can make it difficult for a team with a large and very full roadmap to keep up with their requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use case is detecting multiaccounting across user registrations in order to fight bonus abuse and other fraud.

Great product, would highly recommend
Super intuitive and easy to work. Bunch of data points on what reduce fraud risk.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SEON has most of the imaginable data points that you can get from the device. Also that SEON checks if the client's given Email address is deliverable and different other useful data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall everything is good. Some minor things that can be improved, like the possibility to export a full blacklist or in internal scoring add data points in different data type
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly fake identities or theft of identities as these fraudsters tend to use the same devices or being in the same network or repeatable emails or even not deliverable ones. Due to this these kind of clients can be rejected by SEON.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SEON is a tool that can be used in different variety of things and businesses. For client scoring, fraud-fighting, just limiting particular clients and so on. Easy to use and set up. Perfect customer service with smart personnel.

The customer phone number verification/validation and the verification carried out across social media networks
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really for now. Based on what I use it for, I have no complaints.

Seon helps drastically reduce the volume of fraudulent clients/applications coming into the application funnel

If you're looking for a solution that'll filter out fraudulent/bogus applications/clients from the real ones quickly and efficiently, then SEON is what you need

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really easy to use and when reviewing accounts where the risk level sits. I like the detail provided from the enhanced data and really helps close off reviews / complaints. The customer success team are great, always on hand for questions or to provide insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dashboard needs a bit of work, its provides an OK overview but really needs to be bespoke to each business. Being able to quickly see spikes in the customer touch points that are important to me would really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting a stop to multi-accounting, account takeover and being able to quickly link multiple accounts together are just a few of the benefits. This leads to the operation team being able to spend more time on the 'good' problems within the business.

I don't really think about anything I dislike about the solution

blocking suspicious members on our platform. those members don't need to be checked seperately

An essential tool when other methods fall short.
What do you like best about the product?
SEON checks a variety of services that other services do not. It is easy to use and its integration into our dashboard is seamless. Whenever traditional methods come short, SEON often has the answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
SEON still falls short of the type of information that can sometimes be gathered for free through services like Holele/Osint. It would also be great if there was a way to determine that a match on email username and Twitter username, for example, is not definitive evidence of that email being used for that Twitter account, or that the Twitter account does not exist, or that it is not related at all to the original email holder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We determine whether or not an order was placed by the person who is going to receive it, particularly in the eCommerce space. SEON helps us determine whether the email has ample health and accounts associated with it, and oftentimes whether there is an identity match to the person that the item is being shipped to.
Versatile fraud prevention
What do you like best about the product?
You can configure almost anything creating complex escalating rules. You can also opt for a simpler approach and quickly adapt if your strategy is found wating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to a real electronic ID it still falls short but for markets where an electronic id is not available it is a very competitive offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to prevent customers from receiving multiple bonuses by creating multiple accounts on my website. It is quite important to be able to offer a nice bonus and the better SEON works the better a bonus I can afford to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable & easy layout :) In the previous company I was using ThreatMetrix, and I have been loving SEON even more. As I mentioned, the layout is so easy to use and also aesthetically pleasing! All information needed is shown, and split into several white sections and boxes, making is super easy to navigate and organize information in my mind
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load customers on SEON. We have to wait a little while, and since as payment analysts we need to process payments really quickly, it disrupts our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are stopped fraud gangs, gambling addicts, credit card fraudsters, bonus abusers and adhering to our casino legislations which are different from country to country. The most beneficial feature is definitely the ability to create rules to stop log ins and payments
