Rules, transaction monitoring and the facility that you have a tool that attaches to the product and its necessities. The customer support is amazing!

That it doesn't have a field for comments - decision-making purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the support SEON provide, they reply within minutes. It is very easy to set up call with SEON team. Documentation is very clear and provided with examples
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found not all fields in API documentation are mentioned as optional or required. Also we've faced issued when loading custom fields in backoffice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't see any big issue inside SEON, they are a very responsible and fast-growing business, I wish them all the best. SEON is world-class fraud solution. Thank you Guys!

It works perfectly, it shows all the necessary data when find something on the internet.

If it shows the name, that is the most helpful for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I work with it within 12h , it will not ask for re-entry, but the connection will be lost during the day and I will have to re-enter. It would be better, for example, to ask for a password again everyday or without 4 h of inactivity. And will not be disconnected during the day.

If the fresh email doesn't always show, or just leave it blank, but this also happens with and old email adress.

It is without a doubt one of the easiest fraud prevention tools I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Showing linked accounts through various technical parameters like cookie hash and device hash. Great for finding duplicate accounts.

It can be a little slow ay loading customer information at times.
