The easy UI along with the amount of information given to me with just one click

What do you like best about the product?
People are the most important part, and the people there are amazing, thoughtful and care about us, customers. About the software, it's simple yet powerful, user-friendly and straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a point to consider due to currency parity being a problem for Latin American countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool brings confidence in fraud detection through its analysis, preventing transaction chargebacks.
SEON is one of the best tool to identify fraud users for your business
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SEON is you could use just a simple email to find information about whether the account you're looking up is legitimate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the website could be more user-friendly, along with all of its features. At the beginning I had difficulties operating with it, so there could be like small bubbles here and there with some explanation and hints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps identify when an email is created, if there are any other accounts (social media for example) created with it. It also determines whether the account you're checking is using VPN, and if his IP really matches his geolocation. That way you identify the users you have in your business.
It is a very useful tool which with some improvements can be the perfect tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about SEON is that it is very accurate and most of the time you will have promising findings about the person you are looking for. I believe that if you extend your database, you will become the perfect tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any particular thing- but some improvements can be added. I believe that the IP search should be a little bit more accurate. Also when you are searching with the phone, email and the accounts shows up you can add all the accounts that someone may have to the same platform with the phone or email because sometimes someone, for instance, may have two Instagram accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is helping you to find the person to whom belongs the email or phone and understand each time if the transaction is fraudulent or not. Most of the time it saves you time because the findings are mostly really accurate.
Simple, effective and easy to implement into our fraud system.
What do you like best about the product?
SEON offers me something that we don't have using other ways: Trusted information about users. We can build a great analysis system, but those engines require additional data points that complement information that you already have. SEON offers me a way to create a more robust validation process using additional datapoints and offers me scoring that we use to take decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
SEON's focus is on user information, primarily based on social networks and other systems. But there is even more. I miss the device information, for example. Device IDs, virtual machines, changes on IPs, usage of apps to duplicate accounts, bot behaviors and so on, are just examples of information that we cover using other sources. It will be great if SEON may offer it, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Fraud flighting, there are too many topics to cover. SEON focus on users' information using sources like email databases, social networks and other sources, helping to identify possible scammers or fake accounts. All this information is funneled to scoring engines that generate evaluations based on the available information. And, all this available vía API, which is great.
It is very good in terms of the fact that it has all the information you need in one spot.

I love that all the information is provided.

I would like to see the filters done a little different as the format of ranges provided is a bit confusing.

We have been looking at it for detailed purchases and the customer's online presence and more.

What do you like best about the product?
What I personally enjoy about SEON is the easiness of use when it comes to finding potential fraudsters. Working for a casino, you can imagine how many people are trying to breach the terms and conditions, create additional accounts or use VPNs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment of writing this review, I haven't encountered anything to write about that bothered me. I just wish there was one button that will automatically go through all of the criteria of verification and let you know if he spotted something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is helping us determine which users can be trusted and which users are engaging in fraudulent behavior. It allows us to see more about our users, verify their whereabouts and ensure that we only accept those who are here to enjoy themselves and not abuse our website.
Very Helpful tool to prevent frauds, fully customizable and with great customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize the rules and create new ones. The tool gets frequent updates so it is always working at its best. Customer care is efficient and helpful. would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs may happen, but customer support is quick and helpful in solving them. Sometimes the ip details might no be 100% precise but it still helps you get an idea of the customer location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is helping prevent frauds from customers applying to our product. With it we prevent fraudsters from obtaining our product and we manage to have a "safer" customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
The machine learning algorithm has made it possible to identify common fraud patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes diifficult to make some custom rules in the interface. However, consulting with the customer support staff usually solves any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON has allowed me to automate my order fulfillment process so that I don't have to vet each order individually to check for fraud.
