Fraud Fighters Wooo!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it displays what the issues are without vast searching. I also love the latest updates that makes things much easier and it's very sleek.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when it times out it does not advises you. I dislike when I'm unable to load the list status and have to access the list tab just to update accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of fraud and it helps because we use this system at work to pick up on red flags. It helps identify issues with accounts easily.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON Fraud Fighters is a complete and smooth-designed fraud tool that helps companies fight fraud using a set of rules that best suits the different businesses threats. In addition, their amazing support and developers team will are always available to assist with any special requirements or review any rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single downside to using the SEON fraud tool from my experience, which we could collect past data on new customers but hey! who is perfect?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON has not only helped us to identify fraudsters but has also helped us to differentiate between 'friendly fraud' and real fraud. SEON is an advantage when it comes to catching bonus abusers and fraud rings as we are able to create rules and filters based on known patterns or following the modus operandi or previous customers.
Easy to navigate and setup yet powerful tool with great AI learning
What do you like best about the product?
As an upside, you may definitely tell that it'd be AI that helps to detect and define rules. It's not only a tool to prevent obvious fraudsters get into our product but also serves as a huge help by automating tons of work that would have to be done manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional work our analysts have to perform since the AI learning requires additional input. It's a shame tho it requires us to log separately to SEON instead of take input from our database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to react on the spot. Immediate reaction helps us to stay within our license requirements and assure that no human error or lag will lead to neglect or oversight

What do you like best about the product?
SEON's customer support is extremely responsive. The data SEON brings to risk scoring is comprehensive and comprehensive. SEON not only met our basic requirements for a provider but surprised us with many additional data sources and excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first started using SEON, we experienced a higher rate of false positives than we would have liked. In the initial implementation, it would have been nice to learn more best practices to avoid false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON makes it possible to get signals about fraudulent usage before allowing a user to transact on our platform. This helps us focus on growth and add new customers with confidence.
This is good service to validate user, specially I am using SEON fraud api
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly I am using SEON Fraud API and I feel good about the same to validate and check probability of the Fraud user. So, we can add further checks and validation based on SEON Fraud score received.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, but I have a couple of suggestions for improvements for SEON Fraud API.
1. It will be best if they provide a facility to check multiple users in a Single call. Currently, I am making separate calls for each user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using SEON Fraud API at the time of Registration for new users and on Account details update for existing users. Sometimes also needed If I need to import user details. This SEON fraud fighters help me to avoid Fraud users or scammers.
Seon is a must for every e-commerce company.

Is possible to integrate, start using and preventing fraud SEON very quickly.

Availability of dashboards to analyze events.

Onboarding fraud, specifically multi-accounting fraud, also deposit and withdrawal fraud.
SEON has been a great second opinion in our fraud detection system

SEON has been a great addition to our risk detection system. Until now we used as an aid to our main risk control process that relies on tools and data bases focused on the local market (We are operating in South America). Also been using it to detect people abusing of our discounts or creating several accounts in our site.
One of the gratest thing about SEON is that u can start using it right away, just connect to their API and u're ready to go, thats one of the main reason we choose it. Another great thing is that que infomation it provides is not only usable in fraud or risk detection, but to enrich data about your clients, we think that we can use this information to try to predict their ages (based on the social networks or online services they use) or things like that.
So summarinzing, I dont think SEON could be used as main risk detection tool but it can provide a second opinion when your main tool doubts, the integration depends on your side because user their API is really simple and it can provide information you can use outside of risk and fraud.

It cant be used as a main risk and fraud control system. The score they provide is not that accurate (but you can configure this) instead of the score we use the detailed info they provide wich is very valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify possible fraud or fake users, this helps us prevent possible credit card fraud, identifying clients that are abusing our promotions or discounts, at then end we lost less and invest more in real customers.
Great fraud tool with excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
SEON Provides an excellent tool to get a holistic view of a potential customer and in this way makes it easy to filter out fraudsters. The over 200 data points that are returned also serve as a great enhancement to Credit Scoring models.

The documentation on the tool could be a bit more extensive. However, the customer support team is always available and more than willing to assist with any questions.

As a B2B BNPL company, SEON filters out potential fraudsters during the checkout process. The alternative data is also used to enhance credit scoring models and can also be used for customer segmentation.
