What do you like best about the product?
As an Infra team, I had long interaction with Plm modules and server side. It's improving lot and easy to work nowadays

Sometimes documentation is not clear for administrators

Its used for design and digital twins in our organisation

It's best PLM tool that I have used in diverse domains be it CPG, Energy, Automotives, Aernautics and so on.

Costly Maintenance in distributed infrastructure

It has provided several solutions under one application and covers most of the phases across Product lifecycle

single source of truth and being open to other engineering software like CATIA etc.

complexity can be overwhelming for some users

it combines all our all over the place data from 4 divisions in one single source of truth and it forces us to overthink our business processes.

collaboration across all disciplines and across many system borders is made possible by Team center and its powerful integrations

User experience was just a topic of the last few years, especially with the introduction of active workspace, this left some burned ground in terms of user acceptance, which is key to digital transformation for me

Being the collaboration platform for easy access to all our product data.

What do you like best about the product?
assisting you with the possibillity to truly collect all your information,regardless of diciplin in one place. But remeber it is a jurney that you will work onto improve and do not think it is a one stop install, it is a mindset.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the possibillites are so massive, it is sometime har to choose modules or featues. Also the same problem can be adressed in different ways, and it might be hard to chhose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
delivering disipline specific access to the see information regardless of department or role, and yet beeing able to adjust to spefic views.

product issue resolution some times, which are pushed for too long

This feature helps a lot to segregate data from OEM and Supplier meeling all the security requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very clear about the lilcensing model to access the OEM portals, in one case it's OEM's cost and in another it's up to Supplier.

The main purpose is to enable our multisites collaboration in different regions.

Easy to adapt user interface, flexible and customizable
