What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the number of authorized dashboards to be superior to what it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to analyse brands’ online reputation. Radarly can identify weak and strong signals on these issues internationally and on various topics: communication, marketing, technics…
Therefore we can analyse all posts and get in touch with influencers.
Moreover, Radarly offers competitive analysis and helps us to define our positioning compared to competitors’ communication. We can also identify influencers to contact them later.

A comprehensive tool for web and reputation monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
Radarly has an easy-to-use and well-designed interface. The new version offers to build reports in an easy and fast way. I really appreciate that I can access on a single platform every sources that are talking about specific topics. It is a powerful solution that provides me with clear metrics and massive data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sentiment analysis is not always accurate in Radarly. An update would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to monitor the reputation of our corporate brand and of our product brands. Radarly allowed us to access every comments about our brands and to identify key consumers and influencers. Therefore, we were able to launch an efficient real-time marketing campaign engaging with Twitter users through funny Badoit GIFs.
powerful tool for a better monitoring of our communication
What do you like best about the product?
Radarly is a powerful software with great features which give the opportunity to monitor the social web.
Thanks to real-time monitoring we found publications and articles about UTC we did not know of. We also discovered that some startups were talking about us. Thus, through community monitoring we found very interesting scientific publications for our university.
Moreover, Linkfluence sends us alerts anytime in the week (even during weekends on our phones) if very important events occur on social media.
Another very practical point: the influencer feature that allows us to know what communities and what people are saying about us.
Furthermore Radarly saves us considerable time:
-Regarding the community management through programming tweets so that the university remains active on social networks even on weekends.
-Exportation of Radarly data in PPT and graphics which provides esthetic and comprehensive reports

What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement of the web review feature would be great to be able to handle specific group items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to know more about the impact of our communication actions and about our influencers. Radarly not only made possible to address these issues, it also made possible for us to go deeper by understanding and exploring our digital environment.
We leveraged on Radarly to help managers understand the impact of communication campaigns by delivering key insights and metrics, therefore strengthening strategic decisions.

Meltwater for social insights
What do you like best about the product?
Social media profiling is very helpful when we are looking to track an individual's engagement with our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard is very slow. Reports are not always customizable. Insights are limited in some ways and I often have to check several sources outside of Meltwater to get the performance metrics that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening, engagement measurement, campaign tracking. We use the campaign hashtag tracking tool and social media profiles, but the other tools are not intuitive enough to be helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at Meltwater if you are looking for a social profiling solution, otherwise there are more intuitive products on the market.
Great for monitoring your brand
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find articles and monitor keyword terms to stay updated on what is being said about my company in the news. I've used several tools in my career and rank Meltwater at the top of the list. The daily emails are great too so I can easily share what is being said or covered with others at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant changes to the UI and platform make it very difficult to continue comparing Y/Y results. Every time the platform changes I need to update how I gather data. The new U/I for mNews is more complex than the old one, which in my opinion worked great and didn't need an update!
I also wish you could sign more people up for the automatic emails. I do spend quite a bit of time each day forwarding emails to others, and if they were automatically included I would save time and not have lapses in news monitoring when I was on vacation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better monitoring and control of our messaging and staying on top of coverage in closer to real time.
Longtime, Happy Customer of Sysomos Expion
What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom it gives me to post to FB/Twitter/G+ individual store locations, or to multiple locations from a single post. The posting feature can also be quickly replicated for re-posting content over time, which is a big benefit when you have so many businesses to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a hard time collecting reviews from Google My Business pages, as they are not as cleanly integrated as Facebook and their reviews. A cleaner integration with Google My Business would really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of managing the reputation and content publishing needs of multiple stores/rooftops with a single portal instead of a multitude of accounts for stores and platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc. The biggest benefit is the scalability as more locations can be easily managed without added frustration or wastage of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the speed at which daily tasks are managed thru Expion versus other platforms. If you have 100+ locations, I doubt anything is faster and easier.
The tool is comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
the analysis tool is rather comprehensive however it can be quite complex when setting up
What do you dislike about the product?
setting up is a little too complex especially in the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
analysis and strategy. the tool is able to show on the audience engagement for our brands
Extensive, in depth tool for cross-functional use
What do you like best about the product?
Expion has extensive stream customization, report flexibility, calendar features, competitive metrics. These allowed us to customize what we monitored, keep an eye on industry content and open up our planning to the greater marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the most intuitive. Sometimes I would hunt for a way to develop a specific stream. However, the streams have extensive settings and features you can refine, which adds complexity when you're new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team visibility - the calendar sorting by campaign and brand shows executives, marketing teams, sales teams, etc how we're distributing information.
Key user identification - we were consistently trying to filter out employee conversations versus customer conversations. Expion built this function in which helped immensely.
Competitive listening and metric monitoring - we were able to monitor competitor social accounts. We could see what topics they were discussing and how they were ranking against us.

The perfect partners for social business management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual representation of the "stacks" features and that they can be customized. It truly is an ideal layout which allows me to see what I need to see. Our local users love the stacks layout as well; where as it gives them everything that they need pretty much at a glance. Being able to review local posts of multiple locations in a "real time" format helps me to be efficient with my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike are either very minor or out of control of Sysomos Expion. The first thing that I think could be improved is based on the technical glitches that happen due to a social channel's update or change. I would think that there would be a way to be proactive in this effort instead of being reactive; however both the technical and client representative teams are EXTREMELY responsive when these technical issues happen. The second thing I would like to improve would be the ability to export local users name & passwords. Since I have over 200 active local users, many of them lose their password, in which I have to resend it. Since I can't download a spreadsheet with all of my local users passwords, I have to keep a separate sheet which just doubles up my efforts. An internal system where I could pull a local user's password would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that we are solving is the high engagement of our local users with fans of our local pages. Our local users are creating highly localized content at a much higher rate, have become adept at using the mobile app to help with this initiative. Because our stores are embracing localized posts, we have had very successful organic engagement metrics, and look to improve across our system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend taking Sysomos Expion for a test drive. There aren't many social business management platforms that have the features that Sysomos Expion can offer and I know that anyone with a great number of local users would love the features that Sysomos Expion has that have defintely helped me to grow our social media presence!
Sysomos Expion is definitely worth every dime of the budget!
What do you like best about the product?
The monitoring capabilities hands down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack to promote a post or create an Ad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the "too many chefs in the kitchen" issue. With the ability to group and sort all incoming information was truly helpful.
