Excellent Social Platform Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Social platform to manage and post on LinkedIn. Able to give management a view into our plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see the social platform - something about my security isn't working yet. Have to use my personal PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see everything in one place. Previous social media solution did not allow us to tag people - this one does.

Robust Monitoring and AI, But Needs Better Data Analysis Tools

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of monitoring services now offered, and as an agency with many clients to monitor for, Meltwater offers the best balance of services and price. Their monitoring is great and media database is also very good. Sure, there are gaps, but keeping up with the quick pace of media turnover can be a challenge. In addition, their use of AI integration seems to be quick for the industry, and I appreciate that they're leaning into that section and look forward to further improvements and integrations as AI continues to progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beyond a bit of difficulty monitoring for TV and radio (trouble finding specific clips for TV and just overall difficulty of finding any radio), the service is great. The main thing that I would like to do with Meltwater that I can't seem to find a great solution for, at the moment, is a dashboard for clients/searches that I can share with my team. Yes, there's the analysis section, but that only serves me after a campaign has ended or is a snapshot (which I would have to pull every so often). There's so much data that comes from Meltwater but the hard part is analyzing that data into trends that really make an impact from a client perspective. That would be the next step for me and what's I'm missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media monitoring and serving as a journalist database. The function where I can search about who's writing about a certain topic has been very useful.

All-in-One Platform for Content, Media, and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is an all in one platform. When vetting other competitors (Cision, etc.) Meltwater felt like a one stop shop for all things content, media and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few glitches, including content not publishing when it is supposed to and inaccurate media numbers when compared to Cision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our department to use one platform for a variety of needs. Previously, I had subscriptions to three different platforms for social listening, social publishing and media monitoring. In Meltwater, it is all in one.

Powerful Media Monitoring with Effortless Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like the media monitoring features and the daily digest emails. It's easy to set up keyword searches and run reports on media hits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes looking for reporters covering certain beats can be a bit confusing, but practicing the search queries will likely help improve results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me keep track of the media mentions earned by organization and it's faculty members. It's extremely helpful in getting alerts about news stories where a faculty member is mentioned. It's also helpful in running reports on keyword searches.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive and timely coverage. Few instances of superfluous items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find realtime sources. Media/Reporter database lacking. Too many items lead to paywalled sites. Too many repeated wire stories in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive media monitoring on most traditional media and online sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule social and on multiple channels at the same time, saves a lot of time. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent updates which in one way is good but it also makes you have to relearn where things are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post across multiple platforms and channels really helps me save time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Meltwater is a robust system that comprehensively covers the expanding field of communications, effectively managing our social channels and monitoring media. It's particularly useful in helping our small organization run more efficiently by streamlining various processes. Another aspect I admire is the outstanding level of support provided by the Meltwater team. They regularly meet with us to ensure that we are utilizing all the latest features optimally. Their commitment to reviewing our setup, searches, and reports ensures that we're operating a high-level, robust program. This support feels like having additional members on our team, enhancing our capability to maximize the platform effectively. Also, the initial setup of Meltwater was very easy, which was a welcome surprise since complex systems often have challenging onboarding processes.

Sometimes it's hard to keep up with or ensure you are getting everything out of Meltwater that you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps my small organization manage social channels, monitor media efficiently, and stay connected with reporters. Its robust system is complemented by exceptional support that ensures we're utilizing the latest features effectively.
