nice, easy, intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly it's the variety and flexibility. It is easy to sketch something pretty fast during a 5people plus session. Visualize your thoughts or the center of the discussion is key to gain progress and bring everybody on the same page.
Ay! And there are these nice template, icon library and these discreet "there is a new feature" messages/ tutorials.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really so far - the unavailability of the icon library app for one or two days was 'uncomfortable'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly visualize concepts and draft the 'big picture'! In our day to day business as DATA- and digitalization advisor it is key to bring people and departments together coming from different departments and talking differently. MIRO helps to bring everybody on the same page, collect and present facts, info and snippets.
it's a great tool for brainstorming. I like how organized the stuff is.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea that I can store all my project work in one place. Also, I like the easy mind mapping functionality and real-time collaboration support.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's hard to make tables of data and manage agile boards. It would be good if supported file formats other than pdf, word doc and photos. It could be made better, I hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's a great tool for brainstorming. I'm using it for my project work. The best benefit is about viewing all the documents and photos at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth using this tool. It will increase your productivity a lot! Good for taking notes, storing files, photos, and sharing access to multiple users at the same time. This is awesome.

What do you dislike about the product?
limitations of free package as I need to restrict access to my mind maps. this is the only downside for the Miro I am encountering now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- designing ideas and project vision in mind maps
- planing audits and developing audit programs
- using boards to put sticky notes for goals, assets, issues, offers, etc.

Just try to draw some idea or business project in mind map and you will understand
A fantastic all-in-one collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like having one blank canvas to solve all my problems. Using the same whiteboard, I can make regular notes, I draw flowcharts, I can draw mind maps, I can add cards and I can even connect them all together! I don't have to switch between different "modes" for these different requirements which makes my life a lot easy. Everything just works seamlessly. Using Miro in a team, I'm surprised how real-time each action is - it feels as if people were collaborating in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Personally, I get stuck when switching between the hand mode versus the cursor mode (i.e. select and non-select mode). If elements are not locked in place, it's very easy to move things around and mess it up. I've also see others face the same issue and move elements around. It would be nice to have this actioned more seamlessly so that it feels more natural.
2) When I embed a Miro into a Confluence page, I would like the option for me to select which frame I'm embedding rather than just a general visual. This way, I'll be able to specifically embed parts of a diagram on a page and make the process more fluid in nature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to draw diagrams a lot to help me visually see a process/workflow and even just to document stuff. I add stickies around, draw lines, etc. It's a great place for collaboration but it's also a great place for documentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In this remote-working life, Miro is a must-have tool and will be 100% beneficial and make your life easier.
Miro? Just wow!
What do you like best about the product?
It is an extraordinary tool for brain stormings and for project management. It gives you the possibility to work on a huge virtual white board and visualize "discussions" on different topics with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is at first a bit time and patience consimung until you get to know all the features and use the key board or mouse accordingly - and that stands for every member of the team. But once you do that, the software is of great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm very text oriented, and with the help of Miro and its pre-made boards and frameworks I succeded avoiding plain texts, work faster & more efficient and to communicate ideas easier.
I Believe Miro and similar tools presents the future of online collaborative software modeling.
What do you like best about the product?
Many of my peers which i respect highly are adopting Miro in there daily work and makes it the tool to collaboratively model software blue prints. The access to an infinite canvas, the ability to copy and paste makes it possible to model and visualize the behavior of a software system or business process collaboratively. Its also possible to have a single or main point of documentation, which makes it more likely to stay up to date. The team owns the model and every one can correct the model to reflect new insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I dislike any thing. And things i miss might be due to me not having discovered how to do it.
* I don't know how to easily make non standard widgets quickly accessible.
* Integrated breakout chat rooms would be nice.
* Improved UI sketching tools.
* Hardware tooling for hand drawing is the final step missing to make Miro as easy to use as e physical whiteboard.

The business life's canvas in the new normal
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make complexity less complicated. One infinite space to collect all aspects, sources, reference points and fundamentals to solve a business challenge in a virtual team. Intuitive handling with tools and methods from the physical and digital world combined.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I need to create the "45 second onboarding to Miro" myself, which empowers participants of very large or spontaneous session "on the spot" to actively contribute to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual workshops. Concept design. Documenting entire discovery and design journey for strategy or content development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish a community of power users and change agents for the roll-out
Flexible and Intuitive – collaboration in many different tastes.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main advantages is the desktop app compared to web clients, nevertheless, webbrowser can be used as well. There are many tools available and vast workspaces – practically unlimited space. Miro is a multipurpose tool, für presentations, groupwork, seminars, brainstorming, documenting ... allowing a mix of structure and unstructured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license schemes are somehow less helpful, if you are involved in different teams, because you need a licensed seat in any team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a tool for different purposes: We use it as a typical whiteboard, but we also collect documents, links, papers into the miro boards, this makes it to a project hub. Presentations can be done out of Miro, in a flexible and dynamic way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro offers so many different ways to work with – best to play around with it, before you use it in an external project! Check the different license schemes, some aspects may be less intuitive – for instance, being in different teams affords a license in each of the teams.
The best collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
The limitless board - you can add anything
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like - and they keep bringing out new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of collaborating while remote - this has been essential during COVID
Miro is my third brain hemisphere
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's flexibility and intuitive controls allow me quickly to layout and explore ideas, while also enabling me to get organized. It's like my left and right hemispheres are working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say because Miro is pretty robust... maybe the fact of not being able to use certain features depending on what type of documentation I started. Like mindmap and stickies not being able to connect in one place.
Oh, and it seems that Miro is not passing muster with the security audits for some clients. So it can't be used for some projects, forcing us to use other design collab products.
