Great system
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly design and tools are great and really useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! You do have to pay to export high-res images and PDFs and add extra users but well worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer experience, feedback, colleague feedback, process maps
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely sign up for the free version and see how it works for you - if you enjoy it then it's worth the premium fees
Best Collaborative Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Platform's flexibility, stability, and responsiveness
What do you dislike about the product?
No Marquee selection so selecting multiple objects have to be done with a Shift+Click method. Also, I'd really like a plugin with Zoom and the SAP Litmos LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy pre-set whiteboards to provide what paper on walls gave from In-person classes for the required virtual classes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make backup copies of your boards so you can easily re-use them. Lock down background objects on the board to prevent users from accidentally moving or changing them..
Great virtual whiteboard platform
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Miro to visually manage work, and I'm not sure what we'd do without it. It has lean and agile workflow templates to design and brainstorming workshop templates and everything in between. If you want your members of your team to be aligned and track work visually and effectively, using Miro as a hub for all your team's work is a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UX things that are tricky to navigate sometimes. There's a bit of a learning curve which is why it's not a 10, but overall this is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Miro helps solve: lack of alignment between team members, inability to effectively visualize work
Benefits: increased alignment, communication, and a true visual management system

A great tool for remote teams working Agile
What do you like best about the product?
Co-located teams benefit from shared whiteboards and sticky walls to connect dots and to collect and share insights with each other between face to face meetings. My Miro boards have served that key function during pandemic -- and likely what will become post-pandemic -- remote team work.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the greatest downside is seeing all of the great features that would benefit the entire enterprise in which I work, when it is politically infeasible to purchase an enterprise account. Miro could be vastly more functional for my team and my managers, and oversight partners, if we would purchase a business or enterprise solution. Right now, going out of pocket isn't an option for me, but even the free features are amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a way to brainstorm as a remote team in the off-time/breaks during the day because the Miro boards are available as editable, casual information sources that team members can edit/visit at the times it works for them.
Work in front of the same whiteboard from the comfort of our homes!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of operation for any newcomer.
Virtual collaboration & amazing responsivness.
Virtual collaboration & amazing responsivness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to license every single user of an organization can become expensive since most of them are very casual participants.
I haven't had the chance to experience the "anonymous guest editor" feature that may resolve this issue. It shall be enabled from the free version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work efficiently with different peoples doing brainstorming sessions for massive ideas generation.
Elevate the traditional "hand-raise & note in excel idea generation", especially in our more imposated "virtual world".

You think you were efficient virtual workers... Try this and you will beamazed or better you can get!
Great collaboration tool for designers
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration. The way you can work together with people from different parts of the company, from designers to developers, PMs and business stakeholders easily within the same whiteboard.
Especially great when working from home during the pandemic.
I also love miroverse, I find it really useful when I need templates to use and to find inspiration too.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much I dislike. I wish there was a way to preview the webcam before joining a videocall inside miro. Also an easier way to create sticky notes on the fly as some of the less experienced users have difficulties in creating new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving collaboration issues as we are all working remotely. We use Miro for brainstorming, user research analysis and getting feedback on designs from stakeholders. It's a way everyone feels involved and participates in decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a great tool if you want to improve collaboration within people in and outside of your team. It's visual, easy and intuitive and can really make a difference in your everyday work.
Great way to collaborate and bring team together, align the team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to learn. Visually appealing. Great way to collaborate with a large team. And for team members to participate and openly share ideas. Particularly like the documentation aspect; thoughts are easily captured on "sticky notes" and can be downloaded as a CSV file. I also like the templates. It's great way to jumpstart usage of the tool. Super flexible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility with free version. Ability to delete some "test" boards. Enable the free version a bit more management tools. Which, I believe, can help transition free users to subscribe to a paid model. Possibly consider a more cost-effective 3- or 6-month paid trial. The "share settings" should also have a "+" button rather than having to go back to previous screen to add or invite team members. Oh, lastly, requests for access seems to go to multiple users instead to only the administrators. A few more options to font would be nice, too. Some use case examples worth considering could be offered on the splash page/opening page. It's in the "?" tab, but could be easier to find or suggested on the opening page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination. Collaboration documentation. Team members are more engaged and excited in participating in a video-chat / team meeting. Good way to share co-created work and synthesize group's thoughts. And also share collective thinking with leadership.
Miro fan
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to use it and collaborate with people all over the globe. Meetings become collaboration sessions and people love what they produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the various plans, depending on the way you add users will lead to more costs than other ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are facilitating our clients towards a culture of innovation through events, training, and sprints. They usually feel that it is a pleasure to collaborate using Miro.
Intuitive, powerful, perfect for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides so many templates that you can always find one that you need. Flowchart and mindmap are my most frequently used ones. There are also countless apps integrated that I haven't even explored. But it is already powerful enough to convince me to keep using it. The design of the interface is simple and good-looking. It's also quite intuitive to get ahold of it even if you are using it for the first time. Also, the app is pretty lightweight. The webpage also provides identical functions and experiences as the app which means that you don't have to download the app. What's even better is that this is all free for students and education staff, which I'm really grateful for. Most of the time, I use it for presenting ideas and project illustration within my team, which I found really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying drawback for me is when exporting the boards to an image, there's no way to get a transparent background. It also can't be utilized to its full potential when people around you are not using it.
Regarding specific functionalities, I hope more color schemes can be provided. And I would like automatically generated covers because most of the time I'm too lazy to select a cover myself.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing ideas and processes with my coworkers. It really helps with my presentation and for them to understand what I'm talking about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are paying for any of the mind mapping/ flowchart/ diagrams/ whiteboard apps just use that subscription fee on Miro. It's probably the same price with so many more functions.
I highly recommend it.
I highly recommend it.
An amazing tool for collaborative work and design thinking
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to interact with and create new diagrams or notes - the functions are very intuitive so it seems so natural, very easy to learn. The space of the board is so large, you can fit all your project work into the one board so it is easier to work collaboratively in a group. I really like how there are pre-made templates because it allows me to get through work quicker, they also are inspirational since they show me new techniques I could possible use in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I 'dislike' - but currently I'm trying to create a systems map - a function that would help to reorganise connections in the best format would be useful. Similar to the Apple 'clean-up' function.
What would be even more useful is a calculation function or some kind of 'smart tool' that would be incorporated into the templates. For example, in an affinity diagram, it could tell you how much a certain work appears, making it easier to group sticky notes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to work collaboratively on University projects with my group and apply design-think techniques easily (especially during COVID).
Having the real-time feedback of seeing members contribute to work makes me feel really connected in work with them - we're able to easily visually express our ideas in realtime despite working remotely.
Problems I've looked at are reducing childhood obesity, supporting mental health and enabling greater social connectedness during travel.
