What do you like best about the product?
Not having to search for documents and having everyone's input on one page that can be worked on simultaneously is brilliant. I use Miro as a student and for business, and I like it for both applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. Miro is incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, cross-functioning teams being able to collaborate at once. Viewing an online record of our history and create calendars for strategy and business planning.

What do you like best about the product?
From brainstorming to planning and managing (countless templates to choose from!), Miro has to be one of the best collaboration tools for teams working remotely.

Psss: I even use it for wireframing :).
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cannot redo (command + Y doesn't work).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the pandemic started, I have used Miro to (visually) communicate with my team and cross-functional teams on a variety of topics.
As a UX Research, I have also used Miro for things such card-sorting and affinity diagramming.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless platform allows both native designers and non-designers to work together on the same project, allowing for great conversations and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? Its cost when you live in a third world country where a dollar means a whole week's pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on everything from a startup to education. We use it for so many different scenarios that I can't think of a better tool that adapts itself to new challenges every time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know I said it is expensive in a third-world country context, but Miro is by far one of the only solutions that I gladly pay for.

Enables workshops/collaboration virtually possible / Best virtual whiteboard

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible to design to your needs, Interesting templates. Easy to use. My favorite is the inbuilt timer. Feature of getting everyone to my current view. Frames give the ability to use it as a large whiteboard. Very useful to conduct workshops. when used along with teams breakout rooms it is easy to see the complete picture at the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading templates is a bit difficult sometimes. Everyone has to have a license to create unlimited number of boards. There could be a mechanism to make to more widely available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retrospectives are so much better because of the options Miro provides. Design sessions are much vibrant. Team members are actively engaged. Miro is enabling me to use my creativity. I felt my ability to facilitate remote sessions was limited.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro will enable your teams to overcome the limitation or challenges they are facing because they are distributed.

Great tool for engaging others remotely for sales, team brain storms, sharing ideas

What do you like best about the product?
When used with an iPad, the ability to draw on Miro while working with someone (or a group) on Zoom creates the experience of being on an office together and working out an issue or exploring an idea on a whiteboard. The ability for everyone to contribute to Miro board is potentially an improvement on a in-person meeting because everyone is able to contribute at once. We use it for internal brain storming sessions with 2-15 people regularly. I often use it in one-on-one meetings to share ideas and teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It infrequently goes down, but when it does it is frustrating. I simply cannot host the same meeting without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly brainstorming, teaching, and co-creating. I often create Miro boards on my own and then use them to share new ideas with others.

Great!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative element. My team uses this feature to track our SLAs for the day, rather than trying to coordinate individual pings between 23 people. Additionally, we used it for a project brainstorming session, in which we were able to gather and organize 100+ ideas using the sticky note feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any criticisms at this point, I only wish that I knew how to use the product better. A potential downside is the lack of keyboard shortcuts available, but I think that is a result of it being a web app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing project ideas, Kanban board to keep track of my personal tasks, use for games and team bonding activities. Overall, the team is kept much more organized, we spend less time trying to compile and consolidate spreadsheets, and we don't lose track of items.

Using Miro for design projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate with multiple teammates. I can see their comments, edits, etc and vise versa. I also love all of the pre-made templates they have to offer. They have made my miro boards so much more organized, this is my favorite feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to remember what changes I made the last time I edited a project, so it would be nice to be able to see exactly where in the board I was editing automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Collaborating with team members
- Organized way to keep all project components in one place
- Building my own templates and using the premade ones makes for a faster workflow
- Keeping notes organized

A simply amazing collaboration tool for teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Working on a design team, I love that Miro has a variety of templates and tools (such as wireframing) to use to increase efficiency. My team mainly uses miro for everything from team planning to working through our entire design process. Also, collaborating in real-time is highly beneficial, primarily if you work remotely like me and want to feel more connected with your teammates. It also provides sketch integration (a plugin to push your wireframes to miro to present to your team), which is nothing short of amazing! The interface itself is highly intuitive, functional, easy to use, and clean (which is excellent when working in a busy environment).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes miro can be slow at times. We do include a lot of info and content on our boards, which could be why, but it can affect our workflow at times. It is just no ideal for us to split a single project into multiple boards, where things could get lost in translation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and collaboration problems. The templates, wireframes, and sketch integration are all beneficial in my work process. I wish that Miro had the same capabilities as sketch, because I would switch over entirely if this were the case! As our team works remotely, it is a tool that has helped our team feel more connected and brainstorm more effectively.

Best of Breed

What do you like best about the product?
Infinite space and navigation controls are intuitive and easy to learn. Has a host of features that are easy to use and limit as part of the UI. Frames are well thought out and work as expected. Templates are very useful and designed by SME's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate with Figma yet. I want to be able to put Figma pages into Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great concept space and sharing capabilities make it ideal in combination with Figma's collaborative design.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've tested all the concept whiteboard/collaborative workspace software avialable and find Miro has the edge in features, interaction model, and usability.
