Organise thoughts and collaborate with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
As a RevOps manager I use Miro to collaborate across functions, keep teams and other stakeholders aligned, organise thoughts, run brainstorming sessions and much more.
Miro's strenth for me lies in the ease of collaboration which is core to my role. I use it every day.
The new AI features are fantastic for expanding thoughts and sparking new ideas and initiatives.
All you do is open a board and go - so easy to implement!
The support is fantastic and they are always quick to respond!
We don't currently use any integrations but I have head from colleagues that they are seamless, easy to use and powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get mixed up with the different teams boards and struggle to access/find boards that I have created or collaborated on. Likely my own shortcomings to be fair.

Alignment across the business.

I am using Miro in the last few years almost on daily basis.

It is a go to tool when collaboration from multiple teams is needed. Easy to setup and use with plenty of out of the box features.

More than diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and fast, and there are lots of plugins and widgets. You can even use it as a mini project management tool. Its just an all aound multi tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, works as it should. If I'm being nit picky, I probably spend too much time resize things because you can easily be too zoomed in or out and not relaize it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing journeys visually. Collaborating on a platform that can tie togther spreasheets, forms, diagrams. he collaboration features like @mentions are pretty helpful.
Excellent tool for "visual" people
What do you like best about the product?
I'm dyslexic and I find Miro hugely helpful to make sense of ideas, projects and information. I love collborating with team members and seeing a project come to life. I appreciate that it works for free-flowing things (perhaps something you don't know the structure of you) but equally works for mapping out detailed processes and documents. Very flexible. I use it most weeks and find it embeds well into Notion, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the side bar menu can be a little overwhelming but now I know what I like to use and head to my "go-to" tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting ideas out of our heads and into a document, but not just any document - a highly customisable "universe" where you can play with ideas/structures/formats and get creative.
Miro for professional use
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been very good for those visually inclined. Great tools for visualizing work flow with our project. I use this for work and also use it for personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone doesn't or can't organize their thoughts, one board can get super hectic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence for documentation feels limited to only tabs and documents. It's been very helpful to draw stuff out and stick screenshots from Miro into Confluence for better visuals.
Excellent Brainstorming and Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
- Very easy to set up and share boards.
- Tools are intuitive and appropriate to typical user needs.
- It's easy to collaborate simultaneously and to review together.
- We often use it instead of screen sharing as we can track each other's cursor directly and discuss together.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some improvements could be made to more precise editing, like applying different font sizes to text within the same text frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We are using it for creative direction-focused work, where we need to gather collections of images and text in one place, and categorise them based on themes or ideas.
- It saves us a lot of time in the early stages as we don't have to create pristine documents in InDesign, and can work quickly and fluidly in a less restrictive space.
- It makes it very easy for everyone in the team to keep up to date with the latest versions of the work.

Miro is way better than Google docs
What do you like best about the product?
I run positioning and messaging workshops, and Miro has completely changed how I work. It’s very easy to use, super visual, and incredibly versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything bad about it. Nothing to complain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, I used Google Docs to keep everything organized, but honestly, it was hard to stay organized. Once I switched to Miro, everything clicked, both for me and my clients.
It makes complex ideas way easier to structure, refine, and collaborate on in real time. No more messy back-and-forth, no more struggling to make sense of scattered notes.
