Collaborative Editing Made Effortless with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the overall interface, especially the way it allows multiple people to edit and view live changes simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay for better features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool contributes to project success by ensuring we stay on track with our timeline and keeping everyone informed about the upcoming weeks as we plan our project.
GTM User Flows Made Easy/Clear across the Business with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes creating flow charts simple, especially when we need to include images. We use it for campaign and GTM planning, and it really helps make everything clearer and easier for everyone to follow. The flexible canvas lets us rearrange elements as needed, depending on the project we're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback we've encountered is the challenge that arises when not everyone in our company has a full Miro license. While all team members are able to comment, activities like retrospectives or brainstorming sessions require everyone to contribute their own ideas directly. This means we have to make sure each participant on the call has a license. Since many colleagues don't use Miro regularly for other tasks, it becomes difficult to justify the extra expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we work on a massive feature release, the GTM team can get confused with how each piece of content is being used, and how this drives users to our product. With Miro, we are able to map out the different pieces of content that we are creating, and where their CTAs drive to. This also helps us to ensure we haven't missed anything, and that we can repurpose content in multiple ways rather than having to spend time doing something from scratch that another team member may have already done
Effortless Collaboration and Planning with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an amazing tool for project planning between many people. We use it very frequently, for retrospective meetings to evaluate the success of a projects, for Brainstorming, and to track progress. I love that it is very easy to use, has a great interface and allows many people to work simultaneously and follow eachothers progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've faced a couple of issues with connectivity, taking a bit long to load boards, being forced to use the desktop app, which I don't enjoy as much as the web version, which is quite practical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that all information is centralized and easily accessible to everyone involved in a project. This approach helps keep everyone on the same page and streamlines the collaboration process.
Effortless Collaboration with Real-Time Edits
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use - multiple users and real time edits
What do you dislike about the product?
zooming in and out is sometimes choppy and not always smooth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative project design and monitoring. ITs great to be able to use it with colleagues dispersed across the world
Effortless to Use and Scales Perfectly for Complex Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and simple to use basic interface, which scales up nicely for more complex work. Onboarding is quick for noobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The color scheme is not to my liking, yellow is a pretty agressive color...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering and organizing ideas is really easy with this tool.
Just a great collab software
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, everything works fine :)
There’s a lot of stuff available in the service.

What do you dislike about the product?
Here are some moments:
* Unfortunately, MIRO has a non-intuitive interface for "spaces". Every time, I keep getting confused about what goes where. :)
* From time to time, you can meet with some bugs like broken link previews, which are really frustrating (some links show a proper preview, some don’t, and some just paste as plain links). It's not critical, but if you use this certain feature often → a bit annoying

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MIRO as a collaborative software: discuss projects, do team retrospectives, etc.
Excellent for Real-Time Team Collaboration and Idea Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Working as a team allows us to gather ideas from each member simultaneously, and we present our work while everyone follows along with each other's presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my computer broke down, I had to use Miro on my phone, and I found it quite difficult. The experience on a phone is much less practical, and I think Miro is definitely best used on a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we would create mind maps on paper, which often got misplaced, or each of us would work separately on mood boards and research. Now, we are able to view everyone’s work together in one place.
Excellent Collaboration Features for Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration feature makes it easier to work with more people. I am using Miro on daily basis to work with my team, for workshops with stakeholders or presentations to anyone. It is really easy to visualize my ideas there, so everyone can understand. Personally, I prefer using the app over web applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing for new users, especially when trying to figure out how to add external people to a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who works remotely in remote-first positions, I constantly face the challenge of finding effective ways to communicate, collaborate, and share or store knowledge with my colleagues. Miro addresses these needs for me.
Versatile Platform for Effective Collaboration and Visual Work
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very versatile platform where you can work effectively with colleagues and collaborators. Allows a visual approach. And enables peripheral thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
More template options would be good, so you can quickly work on a design. I'm not sure how to export as a PFD to share with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a visual alternative - where you can work in all spacial directions - whereas on a doc you can only work down. Colours, shapes, sizes that can help me manage and work with my dyslexic brain. Helps me map out my thoughts and organise them in a creative way.
Fast Idea Expansion and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Fast expanding Ideas
good collaborative integration (create the graph while in the meeting and everyone is contributing)
can be embedded into Confluence.

What do you dislike about the product?
Inteacting with text feels broken. Often not hitting or creating labels over existing labels...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast interactive whiteboard that can be used in a call and works as good as a whiteboard in person.
