Effortless Collaboration and Outstanding functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform for collaboration, easy and intuitive to use and implement within the organisation. We've been users for a long time now and get great value from the product features both internally and externally working with our clients. We use it daily and have good engagement whenever we've needed support from the Miro team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sharing model is not the most easy to navigate and we get requests through for existing users to be added to Teams when they already have paid accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro as part of our design and innovation process with our clients.
Simply amazing!!

I like everything! Perfectly attend to my needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the infinite PowerPoints. In a single frame, I set up what I need and in the presentation, I can navigate and explain clearly with visual appeal that captivates the audience.
Easy Collaboration and Versatile Design Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Collective Working space, Easy to use, Multiple tools to use for design visualization and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires logins and access to be able to use most of the connection apps (like Figma or Google etc. )
Needs a pen tool or vector file option to work on. AI tools are nice, but kind of hard to use and not available in every board. AI tools need a lot of detail to be able to work on, and it makes the process of design harder and longer if your board is not tidy enough or if you are a beginner designer.

Collaborative tool. It makes the design process much more easier if the team is not in the same location or time.
Solves Multiple tool usage. I can use presentation tools, AI, in one space, and ı can document the process.
Helps Design visualization. I can show the intended presentation and the details (the kitchen) of the design in a case of customer presentation.

Fantastic Collaboration with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's diagramming tools and their intuitive ease of use, which make it effortless for my team to create and manage complex designs. The whiteboard functionality is a standout feature that significantly enhances collaboration, enabling seamless interaction and communication among team members. I appreciate the simplicity of the initial setup, which allowed us to get started with Miro quickly without any hassle. The affordability and lack of budget for multiple tools also made it a preferable choice over Visio for my collaboration needs. Overall, Miro has dramatically improved our workflow and efficiency, making it an invaluable tool for product design and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro could benefit from better diagramming options. Older tools like Visio have been more developer-friendly, which makes it challenging to get everyone in product engineering teams to adopt Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for seamless collaboration, product design, and user prototyping. It streamlines feature assessment and user feedback with its intuitive diagramming tools and interactive whiteboard, enhancing teamwork and creativity despite needing better diagramming options.
Versatile Tool with Export Ease, Minor Interface Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly easy to use, especially when it comes to exporting what I’ve created as an image. This feature is crucial for me because I often need to showcase my work, whether to colleagues or to preserve it for future reference. The speed and convenience of quickly exporting and even just taking a snippet or downloading it is immensely beneficial. I also appreciate the ability to select multiple elements and resize them effectively, which ensures that arrows and connectors are reshaped but remain harmonious with the rest of the image. This functionality is significantly superior compared to other software, where similar tasks aren’t always accurately executed. Additionally, Miro’s intuitive interface offers me substantial creative freedom. The infinite canvas feature, allowing seamless navigation by moving left and right as needed, enhances my creativity and supports my brainstorming and idea structuring processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the performance of Miro can sometimes be sluggish, especially with dashboards that are filled with a lot of content. It takes longer to load, and moving around the dashboard can occasionally cause it to freeze. This can be somewhat annoying even though it's a minor issue for me overall. Additionally, I struggle with the interface for adjusting colors. The color pad is difficult to manage because a slight mouse movement can result in significant changes, making it hard for someone like me, who is not a trained designer, to fine-tune colors. It’s frustrating when I want to mix colors or adjust tones slightly, and I can’t achieve the desired effect easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create graphs, charts, and product mockups, enhancing my product and time management. It facilitates quick image export, which is beneficial for sharing with colleagues or incorporating into documents.
Highly Collaborative and Flexible, But Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate using Miro as a moodboard for my architecture design development because it allows me to have all of my references in one place. I love its highly collaborative and flexible nature, which is crucial for my design process. The immediateness of Miro is another standout feature for me, as it allows for quick access and smooth workflow. Additionally, I enjoy being able to see how other people interact with the work, which enhances the collaborative aspect. Setting up Miro was very easy for me—there were no problems at all. These features make Miro a great tool, and I am quite likely to recommend it to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro is quite slow regardless of the internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to consolidate all my architecture design references in one place; it's highly collaborative, flexible, and allows real-time interaction visibility.
Simple and Accurate, But Needs Feature Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy to use Miro is, which makes drawing software diagrams an efficient and straightforward process. Its simplicity stands out as a highly valued feature, enabling me to accurately create and manage diagrams without any complexity. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro for my team was very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition and quick adoption of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience issues with Miro crashing when searching for items, although I'm unsure if this has been resolved. Additionally, the inability to use ctrl + F to find text on arrows is limiting. Another problem is when trying to bring a group of components forward; it doesn't work as expected, requiring me to select each component individually to bring them forward one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for drawing software diagrams because it is simple to use and very accurate, making setup easy.
Intuitive and Versatile Tool for Collaboration and Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy and intuitive tool which allows to illustrate and organize diverse type of content.
The possibility of zooming in and out, and moving around in the canvas opens so many possibilities.
It is a very useful tool, both for independent work as well as for presenting or collaborating with others.

Real-Time Collaboration, Some Interface Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the ability to work simultaneously with other team members on Miro. Real-time collaboration is particularly useful for us, as it facilitates the clear transmission of ideas and reduces communication problems or misunderstandings among team members. The tools integrated into Miro are well-designed and perfectly suited to our needs. Moreover, the initial installation of Miro was very easy, which is a considerable advantage. In the end, I am very satisfied with Miro, to the point of recommending it very strongly to my colleagues or friends, with a probability of 9 to 10 on a recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface at the project level can be confusing. I sometimes get lost, especially when using another user's Miro. I don't really understand how private spaces work or why I have access to many other projects that I didn't really want to join but was invited to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve communication problems in my team, facilitating the clear transmission of ideas with its integrated tools. Real-time collaboration is also a major asset for our video game prototype project.
