Seamless Collaboration and Effortless Integration with Miro

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers an impressive balance of ease of use, ease of implementation, and ease of integration, making it one of the most seamless collaboration tools available. The platform’s intuitive interface allows users to quickly adapt and start working without extensive training. Setting it up for team use was smooth, and connecting it with other tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Jira was effortless. In terms of customer support, Miro’s team is prompt and responsive, always ready to resolve issues efficiently. With a wide number of features, including templates, mind maps, and interactive whiteboards, it caters to diverse team needs across departments. Our frequency of use is quite high. Miro has become a part of our daily workflow for brainstorming, planning, and creative collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that large boards can sometimes lag when multiple users are active, and managing permissions across projects could be a bit more streamlined. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall efficiency and creativity Miro enables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of scattered collaboration and disconnected workflows. Earlier, our team struggled with managing ideas across multiple tools; documents, emails, and chats — which made brainstorming and project planning inefficient. With Miro, everything happens in one place. Its visual boards make it easy to map out processes, share feedback, and co-create ideas in real time, even when team members are working remotely. This has significantly improved communication, alignment, and decision-making speed.

Visualizes Complex Ideas Effortlessly, Minor Export Limitations

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro’s drawing and mind mapping features. These functionalities are incredibly intuitive and easy to use, which is crucial for my work that involves creating diagrams and sketching out ideas. The ease of use allows me to quickly map out things and present them, making it easier for everyone to see and understand the work. I also find it particularly helpful in visualizing technical specifications, which is important as not everyone in my team is technically inclined. Being able to turn complex ideas into user-friendly visuals allows my team to understand essential details without the need for deep technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the export resolution lacking when I use Miro, especially in the free version. The quality of exports, particularly when using PDF formats, is not up to the mark. The diagrams often appear too small, and when zoomed in, the resolution degrades significantly, making it difficult to read the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to sketch diagrams, gather departmental requests, and visualize technical specifications, making them accessible and understandable to non-technical users.
