What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate in real-time with team members, regardless of location. You can see updates instantly and work together on the same board.
The drag-and-drop functionality, along with various templates, makes Miro simple to use even for beginners. Its intuitive design reduces the learning curve.
Miro offers a wide range of tools for brainstorming, planning, and diagramming, making it a versatile platform for different types of work, from flowcharts to mind maps.
Miro provides many pre-built templates for common frameworks like Agile boards, flow diagrams, business model canvases, etc. This saves time and helps structure your work.

What do you dislike about the product?
When working on larger boards with many elements, Miro can sometimes slow down or become laggy, impacting productivity.
The free version of Miro has limitations, and the paid versions can become expensive, especially for teams with many members or those requiring advanced features like private boards and higher storage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan projects using timelines, Gantt charts, or Kanban boards. It allows teams to visually map out tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
Example: Using Agile boards for sprint planning or project tracking.
also I use for Mind Mapping and defining PI Objective, also includes ROAM board and Dependency boar and Risk Board.

From concept to product with this one tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy concept mapping and brainstorming across teams, and it's flexibility has replaced almost half a dozen other apps we used to use. It took no time at all to implement and intergrate into our workflow and quickly became a daily staple.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only hangup is having to constantly go back through Slack messages and emails to look for links to Miro boards. It should have a built-in catalog of all boards shared with, like Google Docs does with their Shared With Me menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our projects became more complex, we found our old method of project management through tools like Asana and Google Docs became increasingly mesy and cumbersome. Miro allows us to brainstorm, plan, and work through the project collaborately all in one place.
Excellent tool for team interaction
What do you like best about the product?
Gives all participants in the team the opportunity to give inputs, both those who are very talkative and the silent/slow thinkers
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about the possibilites of exporting content. This is might because of lack of knowledge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, inspiring to even better teamwork
Great tool for collaborating on and defining Business Requirements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple team members at once can make contributions to a common board. It allows people to get their ideas out; wheras an a typical environment a few alpha users would dominate a meeting giving little space for other to contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Miro extensively, so the board has gotten huge and it can be difficult to navigate. It would be nice to define pages within a board, or tag an area. Then build up a table of contents of the pages/tags so that it is quick to navigate to new areas that are being developed on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In most organizations there are extroverts and introverts. The extraverts tend to dominate meetings so ideas can be lost because introverts don't have a space to express their ideas.
Miro allows everyone to contribute ideas at the same time, without one or two persons dominating. We are getting more ideas and creating better products as a result.
We can see users are more engaged in the design now that they have more of a voice.

Great experience and function
What do you like best about the product?
The mixture of collaboration, templates, and the ability to incorporate your own look and flow allowed for our team to make use of Miro for a couple of different team projects.
Miro is very easy to work with. Building a team out to collaborate was really easy and I see great use for our department to use Miro on a regular basis as we plan, plot, and scope out projects. We can talk about department strategy, mind map processes, and project manage all within Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would say I dislike. For what we were looking for Miro covered all of our bases. Better than most whiteboard experiences we were looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a collaboration tool that allowed us to whiteboard ideas for the department's strategy planning. This then opened us to be able to mind map processes to add visibility to our process documentation.
The best brainstorming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of flexibility and variety of options to do on the board
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot save any details lets say as a pdf high quality unless you go premium,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To break down lets say idea with multiple scenarios
Miro as a creative space
What do you like best about the product?
The creative way in which all the elements can be presented, I use Miro to create presentations every week where I explain ideas and concepts that, thanks to this, are perfectly understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not such an organized tool, it’s just a blank space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is the best way to present my ideas with the creative team.
