What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the timer didn't disappear from the screen unless I tell it to do so. I would like to be able to call everyone's screen to a certain location. I would like to be able to hide content more easily until I want to unveil it.

Revolutionized Remote Collaboration and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro allows multiple team members to work on the same board at once, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. The ability to have people working in different areas simultaneously is incredibly valuable for both individual and team productivity. I also appreciate Miro’s infinite scalability, enabling me to zoom in and out as needed, and to add rich detail to any frame. This flexibility allows me to create a board composed of multiple elements or a frame of frames, which is essential for detailed project planning and brainstorming. The visualization of complex project interactions and asynchronous collaboration are also standout features that make Miro very helpful for my engineering functions and software development tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highlighting changes on the board and identifying who made those changes between different visits is not always clear. This can be particularly problematic for asynchronous work. Additionally, the lack of a feature for board rollback to a specific date and the inability to compare two boards at different dates is limiting. It would be beneficial to have a functionality similar to Apple's Time Machine for these purposes. Furthermore, the initial setup was challenging due to the difficulty in discerning which features were included in each subscription plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro solves remote and asynchronous collaboration challenges, allowing for efficient teamwork with infinite scalability to manage complex projects effectively.
Enhances Visual Models, Easy to Use with Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly easy to use, with a good user experience that facilitates seamless creation of process diagrams, whiteboard exercises, and logic models. The visual representation that Miro provides helps identify backlogs and issues more clearly than plain text, which enhances my efficiency and problem-solving capabilities. I also appreciate the AI component, which is capable of generating diagrams from written algorithms, though I think there is room for improvement. Overall, the initial setup of Miro was straightforward, adding to its user-friendly nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that BPMN is not included in the initial license. At least a basic version of BPMN should be available without extra charges. It would be acceptable to charge more for creating code using BPMN, but the fundamental BPMN elements should be integrated into the standard package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating diagrams and models, which provides better visual representation, helping identify issues otherwise missed in text. The AI feature enhances efficiency by generating diagrams from algorithms.
Intuitive and Customizable for Creative Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating sitemaps for my agency's clients, and I most like the customization options it offers and how easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly helpful for moving elements exactly where I want them, providing an intuitive way to organize my projects. I appreciate the color options for sticky notes and lines, which help in making a clear presentation that effectively communicates important information. Additionally, Miro allows my team and clients to visually understand and determine the structure and layout of a website’s content. This ability to quickly see how information connects is invaluable. Setting up Miro was also very easy; I could connect my Google account and join my team right away. Overall, Miro facilitates a seamless workflow, enabling efficient collaboration and satisfying both my team’s and clients’ expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it challenging to get things to line up exactly right in Miro. While the grid lines and automatic dimensions generally work to help align elements, it can be more time-consuming than expected. Additionally, I feel that having built-in templates with specific alignments could enhance its usability. While I'm aware that boards can be duplicated, the ability to save specific templates for repeated use would be beneficial, especially as I continue to familiarize myself with Miro's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create structured sitemaps for clients, which clarifies website content and navigation visually for my team and clients, enhancing the overall user experience.

Flexible and Collaborative, Yet AI Features Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly easy to use, which makes my workflow much smoother. I appreciate the flexibility it offers, allowing me to create a variety of canvases and diagrams pertinent to my role as a product manager without getting bogged down by complicated instructions or features. The ease of integrating my Apple track pad with Miro enhances my user experience significantly, making navigation and task execution almost effortless. I'm thrilled to have discovered that I can quickly copy and save diagrams as images, facilitating efficient collaboration with tools like ChatGPT to refine my content. The numerous tools and methods available in Miro empower me to adapt my approach as needed to achieve optimal results. I genuinely enjoy the simplicity, variety, and flexibility that Miro provides, making it an essential asset for both my individual projects and collective team collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI functionality for creating diagrams in Miro is frustratingly inefficient. Whenever I attempt to use it to generate flowcharts or diagrams, it fails to deliver the expected results, which is a significant inconvenience. The AI appears to be limited primarily to creating sticky notes and assisting during workshops or with documents, but not much beyond that. While I'd love for it to enhance diagram creation, it currently falls short, resulting in having to do these tasks manually, which is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate and communicate effectively, particularly in remote settings. It allows us to create flexible, non-wordy documentation, run workshops, quickly generate summaries, and organize ideas with AI assistance, enhancing overall productivity.

Ideal for Collaboration, but Improvable on the Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its ease of collaboration, which is very instructive. It allows for in-person collaboration in a very simple and intuitive way, creating a true playground for brainstorming with as much space as needed. Miro is extremely useful for placing concepts, conducting workshops, and brainstorming in groups. Being able to write and rearrange post-its, find ideas, and link these ideas together to create processes is truly valuable and very easily achievable with this tool. The ability to create PowerPoint-like presentations and integrate people's responses to workshops makes it an overall collaborative solution. Compared to Visio, which we used previously, Miro offers more advanced features and flexibility that promote creativity and interaction in the workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the zoom feature in Miro quickly becomes difficult to manage, especially when trying to format things consistently. This can complicate navigation and content manipulation. Additionally, managing images can be frustrating, as resizing and centering are not always easy. This also applies to the arrows between different elements, where I would have preferred to have more options to customize and better organize them in complex interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create diagrams and presentations, facilitating team brainstorming, organizing ideas, and linking concepts. Miro enhances collaboration with its extensive features, surpassing the limitations of Visio.
