What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro serves as a vast digital whiteboard that allows me to keep all my ideas in one place, expressing my thoughts and organising them seamlessly. Its size and the ability to have everything on a single board are incredibly useful for mapping out complex processes such as customer journeys and departmental workflows. The Google Drive integration is invaluable, as it lets me access and edit all essential documents directly from Miro, streamlining my workflow. Additionally, the collaboration features are fantastic, enabling my team to contribute remotely and participate in strategy meetings, which facilitates real-time idea development and prioritisation. The fact that Miro is cloud-based and free for us adds to its appeal, ensuring easy access for everyone. I also find Miro's templates section inspiring, making it one of the most intuitive tools available—I believe it's a standout feature. Moreover, Miro is exceptionally intuitive, with almost no learning curve, making it straightforward to start using. In my view, Miro is much cleaner and simpler than other tools I've tried, like Notion, for ideation purposes, and it brilliantly translates the traditional usefulness of whiteboards into a digital format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to know more use cases and see how others are using Miro. Having 3-4 examples very clearly illustrated and simple would be helpful, so I can take inspiration and start to build into my workflow. I honestly haven't seen anything like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to untangle complex thoughts, map processes, and ideate with my team. It integrates seamlessly with Google Drive, enabling centralised document management and collaborative strategy meetings.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes tracking tasks so much easier with its intuitive and fluid method. Despite having many alternatives, Miro's fluidity stands out as exceptional. I appreciate that Miro comes equipped with almost everything needed from the beginning, and it has now become a comprehensive tool. The best part about Miro is how the team behind it listens to community feedback and implements requested features, which is incredible. I once suggested specific text formatting features for task cards, and to my amazement, Miro implemented them. This responsiveness to user feedback makes the tool valuable for my work. Miro feels like a simple whiteboard but is heavily geared with fantastic features and incredible collaboration capabilities with other tech. The initial setup was incredibly easy for my team. I use Miro alongside Adobe Express and Notion, which work well together. I am so satisfied with Miro that I even mentioned I would be content living with just Miro and a couple of design tools, indicating my high level of satisfaction. I also appreciate how it continues to grow without compromise on its original simplicity and ease of use. Furthermore, I am likely to recommend Miro to friends or colleagues; I would rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the idea of Miro evolving into something entirely different from its current form. The potential shift from a simple whiteboard, despite its excellent and comprehensive features, concerns me as I appreciate its present functionality and integrations within the tech ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro helps us track tasks easily and its intuitive interface surpasses alternatives, with unique fluidity. The team's responsiveness to feedback enhances its value, exemplified by the quick implementation of text formatting features.

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive UI of Miro, which welcomes users with varying levels of experience, even those not particularly accustomed to an 'infinite canvas' environment. This ease of use makes Miro a popular choice across many companies. I appreciate the easy export to PDF feature, which is incredibly helpful for sharing documents with customers or integrating them into PowerPoint presentations effortlessly. The workshop features stand out to me, especially the timer, music, and authorship tags, allowing me to manage and facilitate sessions without leaving the platform, seamlessly integrating them into my workflow. The variety of shapes, plug-ins, and the flexibility in formatting text were major factors that swayed me to choose Miro over other products like Figjam. Overall, the initial setup was easy, and I find the overall flexibility it provides truly valuable for my project management and team ideation needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the table features in Miro lacking, particularly the inability to sort tables alphabetically or by status. This limitation makes it challenging to organize data efficiently, which impacts my workflow negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for project management and team collaboration. It solves issues with project organization and facilitates seamless collaboration. The intuitive UI and easy PDF export enhance sharing and integration, while workshop features allow in-app facilitation, making workflows efficient.

Essential for Visual Communication, Needs Text Flexibility

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly valuable for effectively communicating with my development team and external developers. It alleviates roadblocks in communication by providing a very clear visual flow of our designs and the functionalities developers need to create. I love that I can attach little notes around the designs, clarifying what should occur when certain actions are performed, like clicking a button. This visual clarity significantly enhances understanding and reduces miscommunication. I particularly appreciate the visual flow feature, which I believe is the essence of Miro. It allows for the creation of comprehensive user flows and journeys, which is immensely helpful given the array of features Miro provides. Getting acclimated to Miro was smooth for me, as it's somewhat similar to Figma and resembles tools like Google Slides in ease of navigation. The process is straightforward when pulling out elements like arrows and shapes, which I find simple and efficient. Overall, for anyone needing to create user flows, I strongly recommend Miro, rating it a perfect 10 for this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro's text handling features frustrating to use. The inability to resize sticky notes or text boxes freely without the text size changing is a significant limitation for me. This inflexibility makes it difficult to maintain specific font sizes and shapes, unlike platforms like Google Slides where text and image resizing are more intuitive and allow for more control. Additionally, the cumbersome process of locating and using the upload feature in Miro disrupts my workflow. I have to search for the upload icon every time, as it is not readily accessible on the toolbar. Even after locating it, the icon fails to stay in a fixed place, forcing me to repeatedly search for it, which is quite aggravating. I wish there was an option to customize and permanently keep certain tools in the toolbar to prevent this recurring issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create clear visual flows, alleviating communication roadblocks with developers and enhancing understanding of app and website designs.
