  • November 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for around three years primarily for collaborative analysis sessions, online workshops, and storyboarding. I love how it facilitates live collaboration, allowing every participant to easily add their thoughts in real-time. Miro's interface is very intuitive and easy to use, which simplifies the process of collaboration. We often embed Miro into Teams calls, inviting clients to join in and actively participate, which is highly beneficial. Its visual and engaging nature makes it particularly effective for conducting online workshops. Additionally, I find the pre-built templates to be quite useful for swiftly organizing ideas. Overall, Miro helps us tremendously with organizing ideas and collaborating efficiently as a team, which enhances our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I lack features in Miro that help me capture ideas in more detail, as it tends to remain quite high level. Additionally, the absence of AI capabilities to generate insights or summaries limits the potential efficiency gains. These improvements could significantly enhance the overall functionality and effectiveness of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro facilitates live collaboration, allowing everyone to contribute. It's intuitive and engaging for online workshops, helping organize ideas and collaborate effectively.

Visually Engaging, Easy to Use, Needs Better Color Options

  • November 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I deeply appreciate Miro's graphic designs, which significantly enhance the visual appeal of our production plans, not just for me but for others in the team as well. The ability to visualize dependencies in a clear and aesthetically pleasing manner has been immensely helpful in organizing and communicating complex projects for our company of 400 people. Furthermore, I enjoy the extensive library of graphic designs, shapes, and dependencies that Miro offers, allowing for creativity and efficiency in planning. These features contribute to making Miro a highly effective tool for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of color gradient options in Miro challenging, especially when I need to use multiple colors within a single shape. This limitation hinders my ability to creatively color-code and differentiate elements effectively. Additionally, I feel that there are limited integration options with other software tools like Excel, which restricts my workflow possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro useful for visualizing dependencies in production plans, with its pleasing graphic design enhancing clarity and collaboration.

  • November 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the templates offered by Miro, which are particularly useful when I need to tackle a topic that I do not fully master, as they allow me to effectively structure my approach and work. Moreover, the AI function integrated into Miro is remarkable. I really like its user-friendliness and ease of use, which are a significant advantage compared to the tool I used previously, Lucidchart. The initial installation experience went very well for me, which reflects the effort made by Miro to ensure a smooth transition for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more job and technology-oriented iconographies in Miro, which could enhance its usefulness for my professional needs. Additionally, when working for multiple organizations, the experience is less smooth because it is necessary to log into different environments, even if the same email address is used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to get an overview and then detail, easily create diagrams, and structure approaches, especially with templates for themes that are not mastered.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to diagram workflows, it makes process building much easier. I also like the overall functionality, and the integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the freemium version could be more helpful. Two/three templates runs out quick. I also haven't been able to figure out the copy/paste functionality to translate words and processes into a flow.

Flexible Canvas, Efficient Workflow

  • November 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for a year for work to create concepts, track project progress, and annotate meetings. I love the way Miro allows me to organize projects on a freeform canvas and work in a non-linear manner. Its simple features make it incredibly easy to structure work, using frames, simple text, post-it notes, and arrows to annotate the flow. I appreciate being able to work on a 2D canvas with the ability to zoom in and out effortlessly. I enjoy that Miro gives me the capability to create whatever I need and maintain a clear overview of everything. Setting up Miro was straightforward, requiring just the addition of another member, which made the initial setup process easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to use Miro effectively with a tablet for annotating boards, which I wish was more user-friendly. Sometimes, the boards also take a long time to load, which can be quite frustrating. Additionally, I would appreciate a more straightforward way to keep track of to-do items in a central place, yet still have them linked to their specific locations on the board. It would be beneficial if there were more robust project and task management features integrated into Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize projects on a freeform canvas, enabling non-linear work. It simplifies concept creation and project tracking, and allows easy annotation with text, notes, and arrows. The 2D canvas with zoom improves my work overview.
