As an Agile Coach and Design Thinking Facilitator I use Miro every day for team workshops
What do you like best about the product?
In my daily work Miro is the number 1 tool for designing workshops, team conversations and collaboration tools.
It's super easy to use, even for first time users. For me as facilitator it offers everything that is needed to design engaging and efficient team workshops. From integrated dot voting, polls, AI features for clustering of data and ideation, it has everything that is needed to support serious product development in teams. Simply love the tool! Could not live without!

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say what i dislike. I use Miro already for several years and observed its evolution very carefully. It became better and better. I see a slight risk that at a certain point it is packed with too many features and that it looses focus. But we are not there yet and i think miro product innovation will take care of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves one of the most crucial business problems: cross team collaboration. It perfectly helps to align cross functional teams. Where we have suffered a lot from many different sources of information and inflexible and unusable tools to share knowledge, experience and information among team members, miro helps with alignment and collaboration.

Efficient tool for collaborative work and creative processes – especially for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is that it offers an incredibly versatile whiteboard for every type of collaboration. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface makes it particularly easy to share content with others. I often use it for brainstorming and planning new products and services, as well as for interactive workshops and presentations with clients. As a freelancer, I particularly appreciate the good value for money, which provides me with an affordable way to collaborate professionally and efficiently with others. Additionally, I am impressed by the simplicity of implementation, which allows even complex ideas and processes to be quickly visualized and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Miro is the license management. It is somewhat too easy to accidentally incur additional costs, for example by adding team members without having a full overview of the resulting fees. However, the customer support helped very quickly and kindly to resolve the issue, which I really appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem that Miro solves is the efficient collaboration and visualization of ideas, especially in remote or hybrid work environments. As a freelance business consultant, I benefit from this because I can easily represent complex processes and concepts with Miro and discuss them interactively with clients. It allows me to conduct workshops and presentations professionally and straightforwardly, saving time and resources.
Best collaboration tool for both individuals an enterprises

I love how it develops over time taking into account its user needs, It is easy to use for both design and product teams allowing team collaboration. It is as easy as creating a new board full of oportunities and the information is available to all users to edit and review. I use Miro everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I create many boards it is up to me to be organized to locate information along the way but as soon as you have a system it is easy to follow.

Visualization tools and templates are truly amazing. It is quite easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of paid packages is quite high. The number of limited boards is too low.

We are using the Miro for our team's Roadmap planning, and as a collaborative whiteboard when we are doing any kind of brainstorming. This is beneficial as we are able to easily visualize our strategy going forward, and improve our team's accountability and efficiency.
Miro: An Amazing Tool for Collaboration within my Team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has an amazing interface that is intuitive and easy to use, even for first time users. I used Miro in my degree at University and now at our company as well. I have done the Miro courses as well, which provided a lot of insight on feutures that I was not aware of. The drag and drop functionality, templates and collaboration features stand out the most for me. Miro also allows for integration with Jira, which is a software we use for our development and project management team which has created the addition of tickets to the boards of great use and allows us to streamline our workflow. We use it with our clients as well in order to visualise ideas in real time and brainstorm with the client as well as internally. I use Miro daily and it always pinned to my taskbar. I have not yet used the customer support, which is a comment on how well the platform works. Our company has easily been able to implement Miro into our daily functions and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro frequently changes the interface and where things are situated on the tabs. An icon or functionality that used to be on the top bar will sometimes move to the side-bar. This has hindered efficiency on occasions. Otherwise, very happy with Miro 99.99% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the need to a platform that allows for visiual colloboration, brainstorming and managing projects. This solves the problem of hybrid work situations where some team members are working from home. It has also benefited the team immensely to have a place to dot down all the information or ideas they have acquired in acertain area/project/client, without keeping it all in their own mind/head. The templates have allowed users to document workflows etc with ease.
Pleasantly surprised with features
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it created a 'preview card' for links that were posted on the board. It showed an image, title and other information from the link.
I also liked the 'talkback' (or something like it) feature. A more advanced user recorded a message and I thought it was great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something that caught my attention it was how as we progressively worked on our board, the 'scale' of the elements seemed to get bigger and bigger – while I understand this wasn't a defect from the software I wish there was something to 'enforce' or recommend working at 100% zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped our group to work asynchronously when most of us where not in the same physical location or timezone.
It had nearly no onboarding, though I only used the features to a very basic level
