Streamlined Collaboration with Intuitive Interface

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for designing workflows and components for our mobile app development. The ability to model the entire workflow, including real app screenshots and detailed user flow, is invaluable for both stakeholders and developers. It's incredibly convenient to have all the business rules and logic clearly laid out, making discussions about the app's behavior straightforward and efficient. I particularly appreciate the easy navigation features of Miro, such as using the mouse wheel to zoom in and out and the middle button to pan across long horizontal boards. This makes accessing and reviewing information on the board very efficient. Moreover, the real-time collaboration feature, where I can see and follow my teammates' mouse pointers, enhances our remote discussions significantly. The initial setup was seamless and the platform is very intuitive, making it easy for new users to join and start working collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes accidentally make changes to the board while browsing, like left-clicking by mistake or moving components out of place. I would appreciate a read-only mode that would prevent unintentional alterations. While I can usually spot and undo these changes, it's easy to miss them, and having a read-only option would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to model workflows, incorporate real app screenshots, and detail user flows, enabling easy review by stakeholders and developers. Miro's ability to show all mouse pointers enhances remote collaboration, while easy navigation improves access and efficiency.

The software makes it incredibly easy to put together ideas and for ideation, offering a wide array of boxes and color options to enhance the visuals. I appreciate the capability to add different shapes and lines, as well as the ability to include sticky notes around the board for comments or notes on changes I want to make. The intuitive nature of Miro, especially in comparison to traditional pen and paper, makes it exceptionally easier to rearrange elements on the page. This intuitive usability was apparent right from the initial setup. Additionally, exporting Miro information to tools like Canva and Figma is seamless, enhancing its utility within my workflow. Overall, Miro's robust features make it an excellent tool for creating processes and illustrating them visually.

I love how visual Miro is and how easy it is to organize ideas and thoughts, which enhances my creativity and efficiency as a freelance artist. The capability for mind mapping and idea generation on Miro allows me to narrow down concepts and draft ideas effectively, which is crucial for my creative process. Additionally, I value the collaborative working features and the Kanban-style work format that Miro offers, as these allow me to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, especially given my dual commitments of a full-time job and freelance work. The ability to create a schedule and sync it with my calendar within Miro adds significant value to my personal organization, helping me stay on track despite a busy schedule. I've also found the initial setup to be straightforward due to my prior experience using Miro in university, which made integrating it into my freelance routine seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?

Awesome product! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I think could be optimised in miro is tables, so I can add images there too, since this would make documentation easier.

- Easier collaboration
- Facilitating remote meetings

Intuitive Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is intuitive, making it easy to explain to other participants who haven't used the software before. Its simplicity allows for seamless collaboration without requiring participants to have an account or log in, which is ideal for quick, on-the-go settings with a high number of users. The platform's features, such as quick sticky note creation and the comment functionality, facilitate efficient feedback collection, improving my ability to perform tasks better. Miro excels in promoting fun, interactive activities for team bonding, icebreakers, and workshop facilitation. Over the years, I have seen significant innovation and growth in Miro, which is quite commendable. It is a platform that listens to clients and consistently incorporates feedback to improve its offerings. The aesthetically pleasing layout and auto-populating factors make it visually appealing and valuable in my work. The initial setup experience was also straightforward, which contributed to its seamless integration into our team’s workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the arrow connectors in Miro to be problematic as they can sometimes auto-connect or behave unpredictably, which disrupts the workflow. I also dislike the limitations regarding sticky notes, where I can't add additional non-visible details unless I use a specific type of box that isn't visually appealing. It would be great if I could add hidden details to regular sticky notes that appear upon hover or click (this would make me use the platform a lot more). Similarly, when someone clicks on a box and goes offline, it locks others out of interacting with that box until they return, which can be detrimental during collaborative sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy collaboration, allowing feedback without needing accounts, enabling quick interactive brainstorming, and creating diagrams. It's intuitive, solving issues with bulky software and enhancing team interaction.

Effortless Whiteboarding and Collaboration Tool

  • December 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to use, as it doesn't get in my way while working. I particularly appreciate the features such as sticky notes, auto resizing, and ease of organizing content with trees and breakdowns. The flowcharts are user-friendly, and the ability to paste images and make notes on them is a significant advantage for me. These aspects contribute to the seamless collaboration experience Miro offers. Additionally, I find the initial setup for my team or workflow to be straightforward and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it tricky to create trees where each level has different styling. Maintaining horizontal spacing when creating trees is also challenging.
