Fluid Interface and Smart Features Delight
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very fluid, and I appreciate the small features that pleasantly surprise me, such as how pasting from Excel automatically creates a table.
What do you dislike about the product?
way to find a board, selecting the proper context is not that intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enables us to gain a comprehensive view of the project we're working on, while also allowing us to drill down to the part level to see specific updates made to each component. This capability helps us make quick decisions and keep the project moving forward.
Great tool for visual collaboration and brainstorming

I like how easy it is to collaborate in real time. The infinite canvas is great for brainstorming, mapping ideas, and organizing projects visually with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit heavy on large boards, and the free version has some limits when working with multiple projects.

Great Collaboration Tool, Needs Improved File Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Miro facilitates easy collaboration with colleagues, which is crucial when working as a Product Designer on cross-functional teams. The platform effectively supports team alignment, brainstorming, research planning, and documentation, all of which are vital components of my role. I find the 'Post-it' and grid layout features particularly valuable, as they enhance the organization and presentation of ideas. Having started with Miro five years ago, its features have become intuitive for me, making the overall experience seamless and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to find and organize files within Miro, especially in a large organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team alignment, brainstorming, research planning, and documentation, benefiting from easy collaboration with colleagues.
Epic Collaboration Across Teams with Easy HTML Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share or obtain HTML code with or from other subsidiaries, instead of each of us doing the same work in different ways across 18 teams, has been extremely valuable for me and my peers. My counterpart in Germany was able to annotate screenshots with HTML code that we could then use and adapt. Massive for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not yet sure whether it’s possible to lock all elements in place. I’ve accidentally moved items myself, and others have unintentionally duplicated parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we have been grabbing jpegs from a Figma board and implementing assets and text into our individual CMS regions. So 18 of us are doing the same thing in different ways, we are collaborating and being more consistent, thanks to Miro.

I genuinely appreciate Miro for its speed and simplicity, which significantly enhance the ease of creating knowledge structures for my startup. Its user-friendly interface stands out as particularly effective, streamlining the process of visualizing a learning process map that aligns with our unique approach to learning. The ability to effortlessly engage in brainstorming sessions and detail feature descriptions is invaluable. I also find it incredibly useful for connecting with teammates online through quick Miro sessions, allowing us to collaboratively imagine and design solutions efficiently. The ease and speed of the initial setup made transitioning from other tools, like Google Docs, a breeze, which was a fantastic start to using Miro.

I think it could have a 'Light' version, so if someone doesn't need a lot of functionality, to keep it even more simple.

Sometimes the large board lags during real-time collaboration, especially when multiple team members are working with lots of images, frames, and detailed wireframes.

Intuitive Collaboration and Effortless Brainstorming with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is really good for brainstorming ideas for a new projects and can be collaboratively done with a group of team members .it allows to easily add screenshots ,flowcharts widgets like arrows to create a process mapping .I use the mind mapping templates and flowchart templates to build process flows .Very intuitive web application and it is cloud based where changes are saved instantaneously and allows multiple users to collaborate at the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro doesent allow to export the contents of the board as an xml or in any text native format other than a pdf export . Also I really feel the need of an AI summary option in miro where the AI will generate the summary of the board

Miro acts as the key platform where all ideas, information, and essential project details are visually organized and stored. It provides a space to diagram and keep track of everything important to the project. Whenever a project is in its initial phase of identifying critical details of the project miro serves as an ideal tool for brainstorming and documenting every important details of the projects like datasources, data schemas, informative screenshots assumptions important document links and the board can be easily and securely shared to the team using links
