Mouse movements are sometimes complicated in Miro. Additionally, the choice of overlays can be problematic, as well as occasional slowdowns that can affect the user experience.

Very easy to learn, very easy to use, even completely new-to-Miro users can get up and running very quickly. Adding people is easy, joint brainstorming is easy, and the use of AI tools to run synthesis saves tons of time.

Seems to hog memory. My currently open board is using 1.1 GB in Chrome...

Within the organization, it is used for visual project management, Kanban, Gantt, and agile ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint planning, and road mapping. Additionally, it is useful for brainstorming and collaborative brainstorming sessions such as mind mapping or design thinking. It is also beneficial for workshop facilitation for both in-person and remote teams.
One of my teams at the Flash organization was constantly missing deadlines and not following correct retrospective strategies. After creating a line with an arrow at the end, the cursor does not allow me to click to re-select the line. This is minutia, but it indicates that there may be room for improvement in their production system.
