Essential for Remote Team Collaboration

  • November 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's functionality as a communication tool, which allows me to effectively convey ideas, workflows, and use it as a whiteboard in my role as a product manager. Its ease of use is particularly beneficial given the remote nature of my company, as it enables me to quickly pull it up and share my ideas with colleagues. I also value the capability to swiftly draw concepts, which helps align understanding with others in real-time. A standout feature that I enjoy is the 'sticky notes' along with the functionality to link them to each other. This feature significantly reduces the time required to create or edit workflows, making my processes more efficient. Furthermore, Miro's straightforward setup process facilitated a seamless integration into my workflow, contributing positively to my team's productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro could provide dynamic information from external sources. Additionally, integrating with Figma is a feature I feel is lacking, as it would streamline my workflow by allowing me to quickly pull in existing designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for communicating ideas and workflows effectively, especially as a remote product manager, allowing quick drawing and alignment with the team. It reduces time to create or edit workflows, leveraging features like sticky notes and linking, enhancing team collaboration.

Perfect Tool for Collaborative Workshops and Planning

  • November 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the availability of templates in Miro, which offer a great starting point, yet I also value the flexibility of being able to start from scratch when needed. I really enjoy the ability to map processes, which is incredibly beneficial for planning purposes. The variety of tools available in Miro is impressive, aiding in diverse and efficient brainstorming sessions. These aspects of Miro not only save me time but also inspire how I prepare and run workshops. The visual and collaborative approach Miro offers enhances alignment and communication among stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with zooming in and copying parts from one board to the other, especially when there are different zoom percentages. This makes it a bit clunky when joining different parts from different boards. Additionally, while the initial setup didn't require much effort, organizing boards and establishing a structure to easily find and organize boards has been a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visual capture and aligning stakeholders during brainstorming and planning workshops. It ensures everyone is on the same page and saves me time with templates, inspiring how to run and prepare workshops.

A Game-Changer for Educational Team Collaboration

  • November 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro enhances team collaboration during education, allowing me to effortlessly conduct group assessments with distributed students. The platform provides a live visual overlook on groups working together, which is invaluable for tracking progress and ensuring effective collaboration. I also appreciate the ability to lock and hide areas, making it easy to present information only when it's needed. These features contribute significantly to managing group dynamics and facilitating an organized, efficient educational environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find selecting objects in Miro to be problematic, as I often end up dragging them unintentionally. Additionally, while the overall setup of Miro is quite easy, starting the first board can feel a bit messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for group assessments with distributed students and enjoy the live visual overview of collaboration. It helps in educational team collaboration by allowing locking and hiding areas to control visibility.

This is a good tool, especially as far as vectors go, however the exclusivity of this is frustrating

  • November 23, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Its lightness is nice since Adobe normally makes my computer freeze, so this is nice. Its interface does not have useless stuff that I do not need to mess around with therefore I am able to create icons that will be intact.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of 2025 I still cannot open this on a pc or windows which is very silly. I was showing some files to a developer and I ended up exporting png's like a caveman because they could not open the original. I would also love to edit on my iPad while I am lounging on the couch but I can not do that either because they do not have an app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing I use it for are high fidelity screens while my laundry spins in the background. It produces a smaller file size than illustrator which is bloated. It just works for ui things and the art boards export clean most of the time.

Transformative Tool for Service Design and Organization

  • November 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly valuable for my work in service design. It allows me to easily move around various elements and organize my work efficiently, helping me create visual insights that are crucial for leading to better solutions. The ability to come up with service solutions using blueprints is enhanced by how Miro allows me to connect processes and divide them by lanes for people and systems, enabling a clear visualization of relationships and interactions. Moreover, I appreciate how super fast the initial setup was for me and my team, as we could quickly get started using our social Google accounts. This ease of setup saved us time and allowed us to integrate Miro into our workflow seamlessly. Overall, I think Miro is the best tool for our needs from the beginning, given its ability to handle complex tasks without any issues, such as building tables, organizing workflows, and creating comprehensive process maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that enhancing Miro AI could help with tasks such as summarizing or creating text, which are not currently as effective as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my service design work, allowing me to move around and arrange processes visually, enhancing my ability to generate visual insights and connect blueprints for people and systems.

Essential for Customer Collaboration and Effortless Flowcharting

  • November 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the beginning of every customer project that requires flowcharting. We cannot communicate with our customers in any other way after we have become accustomed to this solution. We can easily present and update flows on the fly with customers on a call or during offline collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more AI capabilities that are moving ideas to reality based on unstructued context such as slack threads/monday tickets/drawings and so on...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the challenge of visually communicating and aligning on complex processes with customers. Before using Miro, it was harder to present flows, make changes in real time, or ensure everyone was looking at the same version of a process.

With Miro, we can build, present, and adjust flowcharts instantly, whether we’re on a live call or collaborating asynchronously. This makes conversations more efficient, reduces misunderstandings, and speeds up decision-making. It has essentially become our universal language for customer-facing process work, improving clarity, flexibility, and collaboration.
