Intuitive Workspace and Satisfying Design Make Miro Stand Out

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Control over the workspace and generally putting anything together is more intuitive than any other program I’ve ever seen. I often find myself over complicating things on Miro because I’m used to worse systems! The colour scheme is very satisfying especially when it comes to using post it notes, and the mobile build is very well put together.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating new custom colours, I wish they were kept in a separate menu and organised, when you’ve made quite a few it gets confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would have no way of collating my ideas for larger projects without it.

The software is fairly easy to use, and it offers a wide range of features.

With the rise of remote work, Miro has been a valuable tool for visual collaboration. It allows my team to clearly understand my ideas, rather than just imagining them. Additionally, the wireframing feature lets me present the basic structure of the product I am working on, making it easier to communicate my concepts.

Integral for Visual Collaboration and Seamless Brainstorming

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's infinite canvas feature, which allows free-form and expansive idea mapping without the constraints of traditional whiteboards. This feature is incredibly useful for creative and brainstorming sessions, as it provides limitless space for ideas and concepts, promoting more in-depth analysis and brainstorming. I also find the drag-and-drop interface very intuitive, enabling me to organize notes, diagrams, flowcharts, and other elements efficiently. This interface makes the process of structuring and modifying ideas smooth and straightforward. Overall, Miro has become an integral tool for visual collaboration and brainstorming within my team, facilitating seamless sharing and checking of designs with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Miro lacks flexibility with font sizes and designs, which limits my ability to customize the look of the boards to my preference. Additionally, resizing elements on the board could be more user-friendly, as it sometimes feels cumbersome and not as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visual collaboration and brainstorming, making it an integral tool for project work. It streamlines design checks and idea sharing, allowing free-form mapping and organization with its intuitive interface.

Intuitive and Versatile Whiteboarding with Excellent Templates

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other whiteboarding apps, I find this one to be more intuitive and versatile. I particularly appreciate the extensive selection of templates available for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who are not familiar with it, getting used to how it works can be challenging. Even with the lock feature enabled, people sometimes accidentally move elements they shouldn't, which can disrupt the board layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides me with a space to organize my thoughts—a spacious canvas that lets me navigate the entire analytical process. I can start with the messy phase, where I’m untangling a problem on my own, then move on to generating ideas, developing templates for workshops and co-design sessions, analyzing results, and affinity mapping. Eventually, I’m able to create a more polished artifact to present to my team. Having a whiteboard tool is essential in my work, and out of all the ones I’ve tried, Miro stands out as the best.
