Effortlessly Creates Workflows, Yet Needs Speed on Large Boards

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro to create workflows and map processes because it helps me visualize each step clearly, aligning ideas and organizing projects efficiently. The platform excels in bringing clarity to complex processes, reducing miscommunication, and maintaining team alignment, thanks to its ability to centralize ideas, facilitate real-time collaboration, and enable quick iteration on workflows. Compared to tools like Figma, I find Miro much easier to use, and I feel more comfortable navigating and interacting with the board. The intuitive mouse controls and the availability of ready-made templates and shapes significantly expedite the process of building flows, as they allow me to quickly pick a structure that fits my needs and focus on adapting it to my processes rather than starting from scratch. The initial setup of Miro was also very easy and intuitive, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro can become slow when working on very large boards, which affects my productivity. Additionally, the visual quality doesn't always maintain a high standard when I zoom in, impacting the clarity of detailed work.

I use Miro to bring clarity to complex processes, reduce miscommunication, and keep everyone aligned. It centralizes ideas, facilitates real-time collaboration, and allows rapid workflow iteration, making it easy and fast to build processes with templates and shapes.

Effortless Integration and Intuitive Features Elevate Our Workflow

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
miro has been a great addition to our workflow — the ease of use and the overall ease of implementation made it super simple for the entire team to adopt. we use it frequently, and the frequency of use has only gone up because of the number of features it offers without overwhelming you. the ease of integration with our existing tools is smooth, and their customer support has been quick and helpful whenever needed. overall, a solid tool that just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dislike, there are moments when miro feels so feature-rich that it can get slightly overwhelming, especially for new teammates. it’s not a big blocker, but simplifying a few flows or improving onboarding would make the overall ease of use even better. also, enhancing the ease of integration with a few more tools would take the experience to the next level. apart from that, it’s been smooth and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miro is mainly solving the problem of scattered, unstructured collaboration. before using it, ideas, feedback, and planning often sat in different tools or got lost in chats. miro brings everything into one visual space, making it easy for teams to brainstorm, plan, map workflows, and keep everyone aligned. it reduces back-and-forth, improves clarity, and helps teams move faster with a shared live canvas.
