What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro facilitates collaboration, making it very easy to work with other people on projects. It helps me organize a lot of information effectively, which is crucial for my work. I also find the shapes and templates extremely useful for creating big maps, adding to the versatility and practicality of the platform. The initial setup was very quick and easy, allowing me to get started without hassle. Overall, I appreciate how Miro can serve as another option for creating presentations, similar to PowerPoint but more collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Miro could benefit from having more text formatting options. This limitation can impact the presentation and organization of textual information on boards, requiring more effort to achieve the desired visual output.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board gets crowded and messy if lots of people add stuff without organizing. And also it might need a good internet connection to work smoothly.
The free version has some limits, so you might need to pay for more advanced features, though we have enterprise version, it was about my miro free experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps avoid confusion by letting everyone see the same ideas and updates live and also it makes brainstorming and planning easier by using visuals instead of long emails or text docs. This benefits are like you stay organized and on track with your teams. And main is that you save time and avoid back-and-forth emails.

I love the wide range of ready-made templates, including flowcharts and sticky notes, which streamline the setup process for presentations and save considerable time. The platform's ease of use is another commendable aspect, making it quick to create presentations, which adds to its efficiency and effectiveness in various professional contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro's offline features quite limited. This restricts my ability to work without internet access, which can be a challenge in certain situations. Additionally, I feel that the boards can be overwhelmingly large at times, which might make navigation and finding specific sections cumbersome.

I love the fact that the initial setup of Miro was extremely easy, which quickly got us up and running without complications.

The organization of templates in Miro could be improved. I would like it to be easier to create items like banners in specific sizes, organized in a grid, to maintain the same lateral distance between them.

The process of logging in, creating accounts, and adding users is very easy and simple, which made the initial setup a breeze!

Nothing particularly stands out, although pricing you have to be mindful of when your organisation size growth — and the Miro team have to ensure they keep delivering value to justify that price.

What I like most about Miro is that I can collaborate with the whole team on it. We use it on a daily basis. It is very easy to use and intuitive. We can organize everything clearly, exactly as we need to. We use Miro for storing insights/feedback, analysis, planning, presenting results, and much more. There is also a wide range of templates to choose from.

Sometimes I wish it was possible to make designs with higher fidelity in it.

Miro has solved the problem of finding a space where the whole team can collaborate on various topics. It covers our need for several tools.

Even without prior experience in UX design, Miro provides a comfortable platform where I can successfully propose good design solutions. The initial setup was easy, requiring just a simple click to link the account. I also appreciate Miro's integration capabilities, as it works smoothly with Slack in my workflow. Overall, Miro stands out for its intuitive design and usability, making it a top choice for my design needs. The experience with other platforms was not favorable, but Miro has been incredibly helpful in comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be beneficial if Miro offered some form of AI assistance on a free trial basis, perhaps allowing for five requests a day without cost.

I use Miro to create UX designs and wireframes with ease, even as a beginner. The simplicity, speed, and comfort of use make it much better than other platforms I've tried.
