Flexible and Engaging Tool for Dynamic Team Collaboration

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Miro to use it for whatever my team needs. Currently I use it for both weekly team meetings as well as a creative, interactive board for programs I run virtually. I enjoy the variation of features and ways for people to interact; especially with sticky notes, emojis, and arrows. It really helps make my meetings more dynamic and keeps folks engaged throughout our time together. I've also used it for brainstorming and especially thought mapping which I often do in the operations aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are bound to only a few use cases. In some cases the intergration of other apps into Miro is a bit buggy; particularly with embedding. I also wish mine didn't lag so often but that could be a hardware issue, something to keep in mind though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in non-profit, we are constantly on our toes, and processes are changing consistently. Miro helps my scrum meetings to ensure all our teams are on the same page and if process changed to another individual contributor its easy to show where that change is made. It benefits me to get my visual mind ideas across to fellow teammates who either need to see a visual map or to better explain what I am thinking and translate it to actionables.

Discovering New Tools Effortlessly with Versatile Templates

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Templates allow me to look into software tools and workshops i would have never known existed
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation and alignment - I'd like the templates to snap into grid locations and align with each other better or have alignment option

Navigation has improved with new mouse controls, but text is sometimes generated too small for a full screen view of template, which makes navigation tedious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Info overload - Miro is great to dump ideas and hypotheticals in for further drill down

Intuitive and Feature-Rich, A Client Favorite

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro's intuitive interface; it's incredibly easy to learn, which is a big hit not just with me, but also with our clients when they see our processes presented using Miro. This intuitiveness truly enhances our communication, making it more fluid and effective in client interactions. The setup process was remarkably fluid and straightforward, thanks to the extensive templates Miro offers. These templates are a game changer, significantly reducing the time needed to get everything running smoothly. Moreover, Miro's drawing process feature is another game-changing aspect that my team appreciates and considers one of the main reasons for making the switch from ClickUp. Overall, these features have been so valuable that I consistently recommend Miro to my clients, giving it a top score of 10 when it comes to recommending it to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with HubSpot lacking, as I would like to see HubSpot objects like Deals, Company, and Contacts within Miro, similar to Salesforce integration. Additionally, I feel that the AI interaction could be better developed; it is heading in a good direction, but still needs more improvement. I would appreciate features like a prompt box to analyze my processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro enhances communication with clients, making it more fluid. Its intuitive interface and templates simplify mapping and presenting processes, offering game-changing drawing features.

Dynamic and Easy, Perfect for Collaborative Work

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how dynamic it is, its attractive design, and how easy it is to use in our daily work. We use Miro quite a lot in our work, especially to create dashboards that allow me to draw workflows and connect with the different repositories I work with. Additionally, it is very useful for retrospectives, dailies, and when I need to explain to a colleague how a workflow functions. Miro proves invaluable during joint sessions where we review how the previous sprint went. The functionality of using incognito mode allows us to describe everything that has happened more freely and gives us the opportunity to rate anonymously how we have felt. Thanks to these features, Miro becomes an essential tool that I find quite useful in most of the professional cases we tackle. The initial setup of Miro was simple and the process is quite intuitive; with a bit of practice, in a couple of hours, you can manage the tool quite advancedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps having more ways to make the diagrams could be useful. Sometimes I find that the images are very long and I would like to be able to shorten them, so that visually they don't look so extensive, and have the option to expand them as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create dashboards and workflows, which enhances explanation and collaboration in group sessions. It facilitates retrospectives and dailies, allows for anonymous feedback, and is easy to use with an attractive design.

Essential for Real-Time Collaboration and Visual Brainstorming

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's so helpful to be able to build visual representations and notes on real time, along with team members. It's been specially helpful in online meetings. It's easy to use, no training necessary, easy to share and use at the same time. We use it constantly, but have not integrated it with any other tool we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, as someone with a graphic design background, I think it's really limited how much we can make it aligned and pretty. The sticky notes, for example, are so helpful but so hard to maintain aligned and connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings remote workers closer.

Effortless Idea Mapping, Simple and Effective

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of Miro is how easy it is to take something that is in my head and put it on "paper".
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I actively dislike, but I don't think I'm using it to it's fullest potential. Mainly, because I feel like there's so much to do and I don't have enough time to really learn it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for content ideation and brand marketing. There are many things that I need to group, categorize, and document, showing how the information is linked to one another. It makes that part much easier and visually pleasing to share with others.

Visual Excellence with User-Friendly Features

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro primarily at my job for creating process workflows and have found it exceptionally valuable for various visual tasks such as diagramming and brainstorming. I appreciate how visually appealing and easy to use Miro is, allowing me to craft content that is both easy to understand and visually pleasing for stakeholders, enhancing their engagement and comprehension. I am particularly impressed by the fluidity of using Miro's elements, which reminds me of Lucidchart but feels even more seamless. Miro offers more features that I actively use compared to other tools like Lucidchart and Visio, making it my preferred choice. Moreover, navigating Miro feels comfortable and user-friendly, with straightforward setup procedures in place, as I only needed to request a license and log in using SSO, which made the adoption process smooth and efficient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI isn't to the point where i would use it over manually making a process. I have more control doing it manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating process workflows and visual tasks, making it easy to understand for stakeholders with its easy-to-use and visually appealing interface, better than Lucidchart and Visio.

Intuitive and Collaborative, but Needs Better Alignment

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy to use Miro is, especially the specific type of relationship tree chart it offers. It was a relief to finally find software that had this type of chart which was not available elsewhere, making Miro invaluable for organizing and visualizing new processes. The clean look and ease of use are standout features, allowing me to navigate and create visualizations effortlessly. I also appreciate the simultaneous collaboration capability which lets my team and I work together in real-time, enhancing our productivity and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. The initial setup was a breeze; logging in, choosing a template, and starting to build was straightforward and quick, making the transition to using Miro seamless. This ease of use and robust feature set is why I'd highly recommend Miro to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that moving objects and repositioning them on the chart can be annoying. The objects don't seem to snap into place, which often leaves them off-center and slightly unaligned. This requires me to manually realign the objects, and this process is quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating organized charts and mind maps, solving process visualization needs. Its ease of use and collaborative features enable my team to work efficiently.
