Very helpful to create visual ways to lay out information and find creative ways to document processes.

On the free version you can't even export as a high quality PDF, which really makes it useless, and the price for the program is not very accessible.

Great for Project Visualization, Needs Smoother Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for its integrated features and the ability to create so many different things within it. It significantly aids in visualizing projects by providing most of the tools I need in one convenient place. This ease of use is incredibly beneficial, particularly as I have used it extensively for college, work, and occasionally for personal tasks. I love that I can incorporate numerous project-organizing tools, such as Gantt charts and mind maps, and even links, which considerably enhances my planning and coordination abilities. The customization possibilities allow me to tailor my boards to specific project requirements, making Miro a versatile tool. Moreover, the initial setup of Miro was straightforward, further emphasizing its user-friendly nature. Despite some occasional concerns with performance, the overall functionality and versatility make Miro an invaluable resource for my professional and academic endeavors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro's gantt charts and other charting tools slow and laggy. When I put a lot on my board, Miro starts crashing, lagging, and bugging out. This issue makes it frustrating to work on larger projects or with more complex elements within boards. Moreover, Miro lacks the ability to create bar charts and data chats, which would enhance its functionality significantly. Additionally, the lack of integration with tools like Excel and Canva limits its usability with other applications I frequently use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for project visualization, integrating charts, links, and mind maps in one platform, facilitating easy organization.

Sharing projects with customers and partners is seamless, making collaboration much more efficient. I truly appreciate the wide variety of templates available, which not only help me scaffold projects from the start but also provide inspiration for tackling new use cases. The initial setup of Miro was straightforward, saving me time and reducing the learning curve typically associated with new software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro visually not as aesthetic as some other alternatives.

Effortless Collaboration and Outstanding functionality
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform for collaboration, easy and intuitive to use and implement within the organisation. We've been users for a long time now and get great value from the product features both internally and externally working with our clients. We use it daily and have good engagement whenever we've needed support from the Miro team.

Easy Collaboration and Versatile Design Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Collective Working space, Easy to use, Multiple tools to use for design visualization and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires logins and access to be able to use most of the connection apps (like Figma or Google etc. )
Needs a pen tool or vector file option to work on. AI tools are nice, but kind of hard to use and not available in every board. AI tools need a lot of detail to be able to work on, and it makes the process of design harder and longer if your board is not tidy enough or if you are a beginner designer.

Collaborative tool. It makes the design process much more easier if the team is not in the same location or time.
Solves Multiple tool usage. I can use presentation tools, AI, in one space, and ı can document the process.
Helps Design visualization. I can show the intended presentation and the details (the kitchen) of the design in a case of customer presentation.

I experience issues with Miro crashing when searching for items, although I'm unsure if this has been resolved. Additionally, the inability to use ctrl + F to find text on arrows is limiting. Another problem is when trying to bring a group of components forward; it doesn't work as expected, requiring me to select each component individually to bring them forward one by one.
