My experience has been very comfortable and I can rely on the Sugar team to guide me the right way

its giving our sales reps a centralized place to store all customer related data and its updates and helping us increase the funnel

Storing customer contacts and capturing key customer activity.
Great product, a wealth of features and customisable to our needs
What do you like best about the product?
The level of flexibility and customisation that can be achieved without the need for developers is impressive. Being able to create detailed reports with strong visuals for our dashboards has been a big game changer for us. The mobile app has worked very well for our sales team and having the support of the Sugar community to exchange ideas and assist with solutions has been very helpful. Integrating Sugar with our existing systems has been fairly straightforward also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with Sugar, it's been an excellent system.
Having the ability to use Sugar Logic to create formulas which make fields behave in a certain way is excellent, however, it can be frustrating to use and I would personally like to see a bit more support in this area.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from departmental legacy systems to Sugar Sell has allowed our sales teams to share information in a way that wasn't possible before. Now we can identify where we can offer a greater range of products and services to both existing and new customers. Effective dashboard reports ensures that we are keeping in regular contact with our customers and updating their records with good quality information. We are starting to make use of SugarBPM to automate more processes. This is helping to reduce the burden of 'admin' for some of the users which, in turn, is helping to increase adoption. The Cases module on Sugar Sell has given us an ideal solution for managing and resolving complaints in an efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and available customization. It has all of the sales features we need. Integration with our accounting software was also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quote module is functional but basic.

Many of our business processed are managed through Sugar including account and customer management, product data base management, quoting, managing service cases and email marketing.

It is convenient when using as a group.
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient when using as a group. Individual users can upload the sales information whenever and wherever they want, and their manager could be informed right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an error with the headline view when impersonating as another user. Normally, the CEO would like me to assist in recording information from his personal sales to his account; but when I impersonated into his account, there is a headline view cut-off which prevent me from creating or converting leads. They are preparing a version update regarding the impersonation usage. It will help me to assist my manager in recording information into his account more conveniently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediate visibility of how the sales teams are performing is very important to our leadership team. They can make business decisions from current and accurate data helping our business grow.

What do you like best about the product?
Does what most CRMs do for less than some of the most expensive enterprise products out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky legacy infrastructure makes configuration difficult.

Getting a 360 degree view of our customer relationship.

We love the reporting capabilities of CRM and the customization option that is offered

Issues with our current reporting, reporting has always been a pain point for us.
An excellent, customizable experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the product isn't just one size fits all, but also that much of it can be customized in house. We use consultants for some of the heavier lifts but we don't need them for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customizations break things and it can be hard to track down and resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for traditional sales CRM purposes but it also runs the production side of our house - each time a proposal is closed and invoiced, it creates tasks for our production team to work on the projects associated with the purchase. Without Sugar we would be lost!

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar sell provides a good platform to organize all of our leads in one place, and everything is fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the more technical side of things it can be difficult, particularly when integrating e-mail services such as mailchimp.

Keeping all of our contacts in one place.
