What do you like best about the product?
Sugar crm has gained lot of popularity because of pricing , ease of use and deployment options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low storage and custom building almost every integration

Innovative ui and unlimited api calls

THE MOBILE APP FOR SUGERCRM IS VERY SLOW.

STICK WITH IT AN LEARN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. IT'S A VERY USEFUL TOOL.

What do you like best about the product?
highly customizable for different business use cases. It offers out of the box solutions through their workflow function but can be extended using scripts/ logichooks for seasoned developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
occassional kickouts, deployment of solution is not as streamlined compared to other CRM solution -- but is acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
alerts, field update based on field values, dashboarding, report function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great alternative if you feel that the leading CRM cost too much. With the right Partner, your CRM can be as good, if not better than building it in the leading CRM platform. We are currently partnered with Upcurve and it provides additional functionality to your CRM that makes Admin life a little bit easier. Features such as Login As, Drill Dashboard to Report, # of records to load on list view. It definitely helps Sugar as a platform become more competitive to the leading CRM provider.
After a full year and a half of working on Sugar, I am impressed with how they hae improved the platform. Beneficial new features were rolled out such as Click through Dashboard to view details of a dashboard component, Drill Dashboard to Reports was previously an add-on from partners but is now an out of the box solution, improvements to the Sugar Mobile platform to name a few. As an enterprise customer, I appreciate how responsive their tech support team is to our cases. Their tech support is easy to work with and is very knowledgable and helpful.

Sugar is one sweet CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface as well as integrations to plenty of third party apps. Everything is clearly organized and there is a fantastic support/sugar CRM community.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have a few annoying validation/token issues from time to time, requiring validation. It's not hard to fix however it can confuse the sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this as a point of integration with our own software. It allows us to further bridge the gap between marketing and sales.

I like being able to create a new opportunity right out of an Outlook email
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I Can't customize some of the views by switching around columns

It does allow me to keep track of opportunities and leads so I don't forget about them

Pipeline management, “Start My Day” screen and touch to call feature on mobile app.

Changing meetings and calls from “scheduled” to “held”.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the software was very easy to use and customize to our processes. For a small company, it was the right price and had great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought there were some issues with integrations that required support or extra costs in order to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great CRM for Sales/Marketing along with Support tickets.
You either love it... or you don't.

Using SugarCRM gives the opportunity to better plan and forecast. It also gives our entire team more visibility whether they are on the road or in the office.
