I have no point to dislike this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage a daily cases from customer call at call center. Easily can manage a reports and keep track the cases status.

Most usable CRM I’ve ever had.
What do you like best about the product?
There are other CRM’s that boast more “features” or included integration’s, and lower prices. Generally I’ve found others disappointing in real world attempts. Either limited API’s, poor user experience, or inflexible data models. Sugar has a great partner ecosystem but without being bloated and over priced. I couldn’t imagine running my business with any other CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self service reporting is good, but could be better. Email marketing campaigns, though better than what most other CRMs have natively, isn’t as good as what you get when integrating with a proper email marketing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sugar for opportunity tracking, case management, time tracking, workflow management, phone integration for automated call trackin, gmail integration for email tracking, etc. Love it

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to host the application directly with Sugar, with any hosting provider, or internally. Having access to 100% of the source code and a framework for making changes upgrade safe, dramatically reduces implementation time. Building new business objects and relationships is so easy that I use Sugar as a platform for what would be considered non-traditional uses of CRM. Whenever you build a new component, you automatically get security, reporting, UI, and workflow "free" for every component. Time can be spent building logic and integration, and Sugar builds the beautiful UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
10-user minimum kills some of my smaller deals that would be perfect for Sugar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards, account and contact activity management, sales pipeline, workflow. I have used Sugar many times as a datamart to consolidate data from many sources and access other data real-time. I have great success stories for Universities, Non-Profit Relation Management Systems, and traditional companies that need Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Matches up nicely with SFDC for basic account, contact, and opportunity management. Integration hubs make it easy to sync data with lots of other applications. Priced very well. Really shines when you need to build a lot of business modules.

Sugar is a CRM can organize your work bettter with a lot of info you can put in.

Too much is slow and there are so many upgrade to do

Intuitive, simple UI, very robust. If it's not there you can make it as an Admin without coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to import opportunities, and then import contacts related to them without coding. Must link records after initial import by batch processing. Once you are up and running, it's amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Project Management, reporting, automating sales and marketing, creating automated workflows as an Admin.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All the bells and whistles of Salesforce without hidden costs or pricing increases YOY.
SugarCRM is a great option.
What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is a great option. The dashboards are vibrant and intuitive. Running analytics is easy to do to help your sales team operate better. No major complains about the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing can become difficult to a point where new upgrades can break the customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no CRM before. We use it to better manage our people and increase sales effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
Very visual. I love the aspect of creating contacts and then "production" for each contact (since contacts have multiple channels they use) and we need to see which production is involved w/ each campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform requires some intense training. It's not very user-friendly, or intuitive, so there is a huge learning curve. Once it's learned though, you should be able to manage contacts and campaigns pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This CRM should link w/ our site to have better communication w/ both platforms. We love it for managing our contacts and keeping track of the campaigns they are involved with.

Sugar is easy to use and the interface is clean. It’s customizable and the reporting is robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system crashes occasionally and lags frequently. It can impact productivity and customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer account management , sales analytics, forecasting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s great for a smaller account base (less than 1000 customer accounts). It can be difficult to scale rapid growth through Sugar.

It is easy to use and navigate the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of customizations and those aren't always supported by third-party platforms (i.e. online marketing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize our contacts and link them to various accounts and locations.
