Great all round experience
What do you like best about the product?
The dashbaords and reporting are the best thing about SugarSell
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides i have come across is the licence based pricing for bigger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have much more visibilty over the sales progress and productivity, as well as pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily configure and customize the experience for the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having basic technologies like capturing a business card with your camera and that integrating with Sugar OOB. Recent turnover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing important data that can be lost with using multiple mediums.
Unlimited flexibility through simple configuration.
What do you like best about the product?
The plugin's and apps allow our users to track their calls, meetings and leads. We have simplified the sales process using the Smart Guides to help navigate everyone through the same process. If you like clean, accurate data, this is for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've come across some challenges with updating related records, however, I believe this was more related to my lack of understanding as the more research I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It guides our users through the same process over and over again which helps our users train and be comfortable with the system by knowing we capture the data properly.
Structured but flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a baseline structure for the users but a flexible environment to develop based on unique business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less integration options than the competition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic sales processing and reporting
Allows for complex customizations but not as many out of the box integrations as larger competitors.
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has utilized SugarCRM for over 10 years now. I have had the privilege of running the department that oversees the development and day-to-day operations with Sugar for over 5 years. The best feature of Sugar is its ability to be customized to allow it to do what is needed by the organization. The developers we work with at Sugar are very responsive and collaborate well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to SugarCRM that we have experienced is that there are not as many out of the box customizations with other applications as there are for some of the larger competitors to Sugar. This requires time and money to build out the necessary integrations or to find a third party to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM allows our organization to track and report on orders from prospecting to install, including workflows for building servicability and cost as well as post-sale implementation and a queue to add the services into billing.
SugarCRM has helped us gain control of our contracts and we can now be sure that nothing is missed.
What do you like best about the product?
The contract function for recurring deals - that automates renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive as it could be for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lost quite a lot of money when we didn't have our contracts in Sugar, we missed some invoicing.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM has made our process for invoicing reoccurring license much more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI functionality to be included in the license fee.

The solution has helped us to get a better understanding of reoccurring incomes.

Sugar Sell is a powerful CRM solution that can be adjusted to your organisations needs.
SugarCRM is focused on customers needs as compared to other competitors that are keen on releasing new solutions all the time, Sell focuses on optimizing its already great functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
As every system you need time to invest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is our contact database and used for following up all our relations with "customers".
Flexible enough to meet our needs and then some.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many knowledge articles are online to guide your configuration, as well as the many customer forums and Sugar Club sessions that provide even more substantive ideas and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why you have to manually configure the system to cascade information between records. For example, if someone from an existing Account calls with a new line of business (using a DBA), I may go to their Contact record to create the lead...but the lead doesn't auto-populate the address fields from the Contact record. It's little things like that that confound me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our Sales Team track and generate sales proposals faster than ever. It also integrates with our ERP system to send automated emails reminding customers of recurring services due on their backup equipment. The reporting and tracking is very helpful in both examples.
