Support is Responsive and Knowledgeable
What do you like best about the product?
When we have issues in our instance it is incredibly helpful to have Support on hand. Our cases have always been resolved promptly where possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand Sugar Logic syntax with a background in development- it would be helpful to have more Support documentation for specific use cases in creating calculated fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us insights into how our sales team is adopting a new sales process and new technology.

Helpful Support, Lots of Roadblocks
What do you like best about the product?
The support that my SugarCRM team and Sugar Supprt provides me, and the ability to customize the platform exactly to our best practices as an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have dealt with many glitches, both for admin and end-users, that have only ever been added to an "Idea". At times, SugarCRM feels a little bare bones, like a developer tool that has not been made fully usable to an average end-user yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upgrading our sales team. Those who are reluctant to learning new sales tactics are now being "forced" to grow and change with the CRM.
SugarCRM helping my company get to where we need to be!
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell helps me keep track of my status with all of my clients. The reports are very helpful with keeping weekly and monthly reviews of follow-ups and how many clients in each channel we're maintinaing contact with. The SugarClub lessons are very helpful with understanding how to implement everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found creating dashboards difficult—I'm sure that I'm able to have multiple reports on a single dashboard, but I haven't been able to intuitively put it together. Some things really need a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting in the most useful feature, along with SugarConnect. We're able to see how many people we're reaching out to to make our pipeline mroe efficient.
Smart tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its configuration capabilities with external applications and its modularity
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to pull huge reports (over 200k records) which forces the user to breakdown the report into smaller ones in order to successfully export the original report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar is helping us store and centralize data from multiple sources and mutiple systems which helps real time analysis of customer interactions.
Great flexible tool that can be a home for a lot of data
What do you like best about the product?
My two favorite capabilites of sugar is the flexible configuration to our business needs and the ease of data extraction. We have made custom modules and process definitions that have helped streamline flows in our business. The best part is as admin I had the full power of creating these myself without having to look for a seperate product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is troubleshooting. There are a couple bugs in the system that will break your logical thinking of how something may work. Luckily, since Sugar Sell is such a flexible tool there is usually a workaround. And sometimes when trying to find a fix online, there's not a lot of information or depth in how to solve. For most of these issues, we can either post in our Support Portal or in online forums for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM helps to keep all of our data in one place. As a small business, we usually rely on many Excel and word documents to host information. But, with all the different modules Sugar has to offer, we have a flexible and easy accessible tool for everyone to store information across the business.
Excellent experience with a swift implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell offers the customizations you need without being excessive. There is the option to enhance your instance by collaborating with one of their many partners. It has an easy way of writing your own business processes to help automate the administration at the field level.
Customer support is responsive, and if you get side tracked, the team send a reminder to follow up to ensure your question has been answered and resolved.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canned reporting relies on standard fields, which can make reports more challenging, but these challanges can be overcomed. Additionally, some programs are not as straightforward to integrate with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell tracks our current opportuntities and the various stages for the organization. We have been able to break down opportunities into locations when there are multiple locations within one RFP allowing for capturing revenue wins/loses by location easily. This helps us maintaining a clear overview of our pipeline.
Great all round experience
What do you like best about the product?
The dashbaords and reporting are the best thing about SugarSell
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides i have come across is the licence based pricing for bigger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have much more visibilty over the sales progress and productivity, as well as pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily configure and customize the experience for the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having basic technologies like capturing a business card with your camera and that integrating with Sugar OOB. Recent turnover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing important data that can be lost with using multiple mediums.
Unlimited flexibility through simple configuration.
What do you like best about the product?
The plugin's and apps allow our users to track their calls, meetings and leads. We have simplified the sales process using the Smart Guides to help navigate everyone through the same process. If you like clean, accurate data, this is for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've come across some challenges with updating related records, however, I believe this was more related to my lack of understanding as the more research I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It guides our users through the same process over and over again which helps our users train and be comfortable with the system by knowing we capture the data properly.

The platform offers a baseline structure for the users but a flexible environment to develop based on unique business needs.
