Couldn't run Adwords Without It
What do you like best about the product?
SourceTrak is awesome. It allows us to easily track Adwords conversions from the many phone calls our website and Google Ads generate. Our SEO and PPC teams are able to produce some great reports using this data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to measure conversion rate, cost per lead, cost per acquisition for Adwords when customers call instead of filling out a form on the website. This allows us to optimize our campaigns and lower our CPA.
Great platform for call tracking and campaign management
What do you like best about the product?
The Invoca platform has allowed us to easily track and monitor the success of our network on a campaign basis. The reporting and access to call details is quick and easy, which allows us to hunt down any issues with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
As all campaigns are different, I wish that the system would allow you to treat them this way as well. We have issues with warm transfer campaigns due to the key prompt that is required on the inbound leg. Additionally, there are other set up issues that we have asked for but they are all or nothing solutions and not on a campaign basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has allowed us to better track, onboard and invoice all partners when generating inbound phone calls for them.
Great call platform, could use some more customizing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use within the platform. Super simple to setup campaigns, pull reports, and see call information. Dynamic numbers are also a huge addition for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoca does not connect to Google AdWords MCC accounts, and unfortunately, this was not communicated to us before we purchased the product. Invoca is so powerful, but this would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've got a ton of clients who need call tracking for lead generation, this has been a perfect solution for us.
More Capabilities Than You Can Handle
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the Invoca platform allows us to tailor our reporting needs for employees at all levels. From specialists to VP's everyone has a dashboard associated with their login that allows them to see only what is most relevant to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to constantly changing call volumes it's difficult for us to estimate how many phone calls we need to center our contract around. Although that has been a little difficult, the Invoca team has been extremely helpful and flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca allows us to tie our online and offline media efforts to our backend performance data at very specific levels. Their RingPools technology have allowed us to tie digital marketing spend down to specific keywords and ads giving us insights we've never had before.

Their customer service is very helpful.

There hasn't been any complaints on our end.

Secret to inbound success
What do you like best about the product?
Phone call tracking has always been a dark spot in the overall marketing picture. We no longer have to rely on sales reps to determine where a phone call came from and the level of intelligence Invoca provides is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation with a partner can be tricky. Choose your partners wisely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We must be able to include inbound phone channels as part of our overall marketing attribution picture. Invoca gives granular call tracking details that meet those needs and then some.

Do your homework on how the integration with Salesforce.com will work and how you plan to support the inbound workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has cutting edge technology and they're helping us move forward in improving our digital marketing capabilities. The platform is easy to use and Invoca is consistently releasing improvements and additional functionality based on what clients are asking for. Best of all the Invoca team is exceptionally dedicated to their work, very good at what they do and willing to go above and beyond to help their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Javascript had to be tailored to our specific website / call center setup. Took a little time to get everybody on the same page but they delivered the functionality and it's built so that we can easily maintain it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is helping us optimize our digital campaigns by informing us on which keywords and digital campaigns drive the most and highest quality phone calls. We've been able to make significant improvements to our return on marketing spend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've looked at other providers in this space and I don't think you'll find another one that has the combination of functionality, pace of new development, and focus on customers that Invoca does.
Great Technology Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has been a flexible and committed partner that has helped accelerate our digital marketing efforts by associating telephone-based conversions to their upstream digital activity. They have been willing to customize for us, and to help us work with various technology vendors to evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Invoca works very hard to keep up, the number of integrations necessary to cover 100% of our digital touch-points is daunting. Being able to use Invoca in more places more quickly would help add even more value.

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has completely transformed how we look at our data and the data that we have access to has increased exponential due to all the integrations Invoca offers with other partners in the digital space including the new AdWords Offline Conversions Integration and the Facebook Integration. We are able to see down to the keyword level how our ad spend is performing and also create remarketing lists based on call data we get from Invoca. They are an invaluable partner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, anything that we have experienced that we have questioned they have quickly addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca allows us to see over 20% more conversions within our paid search programs than we were previously able to see.
An essential partner
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca has been an essential marketing partner for us over the past few years. Not only has their technology helped us to fill blind spots related to offline conversions (phone calls) in our digital campaigns, the intelligence gained from using their software has significantly influenced our marketing decisions leading to improved budget allocation and increased return on that spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when our desired use case is a bit more grand than what's currently available, but Invoca is very responsive and hands-on when working to meet our evolving needs. This is a major positive in the long run.
