I dislike the fact that SAS 360 can be difficult to learn and use, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the software. Additionally, the cost associated with the software can be quite high and may not be feasible for some organizations.

SaaS Marketing Automation tool that cuts down on the time it takes to create and send emails. It's very intuitive and definitely worth the money! The AI-powered technology does a great job at generating personalized subject lines and copies for me, so I don't even have to think about it

The only thing that would make the service better would be an integration with [another software].

This is a great marketing automation tool that helps me schedule emails and creates unsubscribe links to help nurture leads. Easy, Customizable, Integration with other full suit of SAS products. I used it with Most of the SAS product suits including SAS EM and then deploying it through SAS Marketing automation. Can be suitable for B2B as well B2C scenarios.

More easy integration with DAM, MRM and Content Management systems.

Leveraged all most the full suits of SAS products for one of my Leading Telecom Operator and It served my most of the use cases .
