Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The product is now mostly managed by our business users. We rarely get any requests for help.

Best Integration and report generation with Conga Composer
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to integrate any external application with Conga Composer using the Setup application. This tool provides detailed steps and step-by-step guide for integrating external applications like Adobe Sign, Google Drive and others. Additionally, it's usage dashboard feature allows us to generate a comprehensive report on our Composer usage while proves to be beneficial for internal analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes for the dashboard to generate a report with large data and due to which the wait time increases. I find that Composer is unable to capture integration errors with detailed information which makes debugging issues a complex task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless integration allows us to connect multiple external and internal applications. Out of the box reports that Composer provides helps retrieve our report data by creating custom reports which saves time. Composer also provides a dashboard under Composer Setup where we can view all the integrations at one place.
Generate professional documents using the data from multiple sources
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Conga Composer is its capability to merge and collect different document formats within a single document which helps us to create a professional document very easily. Additionally, it offers external data storage options that allow us to store documents on platforms such as Google Drive and OneDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that configuring these external integrations is complex and getting the integration token and authenticating it takes a lot of time. Inserting images into your template creates various document formatting problems that we occasionally fix by hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Conga Composer, we can store our generated documents outside of Salesforce in external storage, which helps us track and manage our documents very easily. Also, we can configure an external signature service using Composer, allowing us to send documents through the external email service we have set up.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Conga Solutions, which is a part of Conga Composer's functionality, we have automated document properties such as the document name, access permissions, and adding a password for an extra layer of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we dislike is that in Conga Solutions, some parameters are not compatible with others that we need. Due to this limitation, we had to find an alternative way to achieve our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to make sure that our generated documents are secure and that only authorized people can access them, and we were able to achieve all of this with Conga Composer. Additionally, automated its name and recipient selection, which has been helpful to us.

It has saved a lots of time that we usually spend to manually correct the document formattinga and create the document. Composer containing the automation tool has helped us achive fast results

I felt composeris user friendly app for implemententing the typical order form documents. We could also build auto renewal process with the integration Conga batch.

I would recommend to improve navigations to follow the documentation for debugging or searching for required information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to build the quote document and order form templates. as well as we have composer API for generation of the renewal notices using conga batch. We have easily integration Conga composer with Conga Sign for customer e-sign process.

Conga Composer has an easy-to-use interface that lets users create and manage documents easily, without needing much technical knowledge.

Although we can customize the templates, advanced formatting and designing options can be restrictive sometimes compared to other tools.

Even people who are not extremely technical can benefit from the user-friendly interface.

Excellent Product for Document Generation
What do you like best about the product?
The Composer produces documents at a rapid pace. We can generate documents in mass in a very short amount of time. It supports multiple file formats such as PDFs, Word, etc. which is suited for different needs and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller organizations or teams with limited budgets, it may be a bit costly.

The direct integration of Composer with Salesforce benefits me as it reduces the need for manual data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the built in automation within Salesforce which helps us to generate documents without manual formatting and copy pasting of the data easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes throws error for the connection or URL related which may impact business hours for few minutes.

The time that we take to manually format any documents or any personalized templates which were time consuming is achieved within less time using Conga Composer.

The best feature of Composer is its direct integration with Salesforce, which makes it simple and requires no manual work to pull data into documents.

If the templates used are complex and if the documents to be processed are huge, we sometimes see a performance degradation.

We can add conditional logic to the template and can make personalized templates based on different criteria. This helps us satify most of the customer use-cases.
